I booked an hour long massage and only received a 45 minute - but was still billed for the full hour. The confirmation from Leela came in the form of a calendar booking, and is entirely misleading. My calendar was automatically blocked off for 75 mins, so when I arrived for my hour long appointment I was informed I was late, and only receiving a 45 minute massage. When I showed Admin the calendar booking, she told me there was nothing that could be done, and it was policy and I would be billed the full amount. I even suggested rebooking my next appointment as a 75 min, for a 60 minute charge and it was still rejected. There was no effort to work with the client on this mistake that is in their own booking software. It's too bad as I won't be returning.
