From what I recall, there were no locks on the doors, which made the space feel less private and secure while changing. I want to recognize the massage therapists and estheticians, as they were exceptional. They were welcoming, professional, and provided excellent service. They were truly the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. When we booked the spa package, we were not informed that the relaxation area was an open space located in the lobby with only room dividers for separation. We had expected a private relaxation room, so the open layout was surprising and did not provide the peaceful atmosphere we anticipated. Additionally, no one explained which amenities were included in our package upon arrival. There was a red light therapy room adjacent to the relaxation area, and we mistakenly assumed it was included. A front desk employee responded by raising her voice and informing us that it required an additional fee. A brief explanation of the available amenities and package inclusions at check-in would have prevented this misunderstanding and created a much more positive experience. The refreshments also felt underwhelming for a spa package, consisting of packaged Costco madeleines, Lindor chocolates, and lemon water that was described as infused water. Finally, the relaxation area itself was quite small, with only two spa chairs, a table, and two couches. It did not appear to comfortably accommodate a group of up to ten people. Overall, while the massage therapists and estheticians provided outstanding care, the lack of communication regarding the spa package, the limited and public relaxation space, and the unprofessional interaction with the front desk staff significantly impacted our experience. With clearer communication, improved customer service, and more accurate expectations of the group amenities, the experience could be greatly enhanced.

The care my daughter and I received today truly went above and beyond. From start to finish, we felt completely at ease. Jessica and Malaak were absolutely amazing, they made both me and my 18-year-old daughter feel like we had known them forever. It's rare to feel that kind of genuine connection, especially on a first visit. Dr. Lee is outstanding. You can truly tell how much he cares about his patients and the quality of his work. He took his time, made sure we felt comfortable, and showed such genuine kindness and professionalism. Even though it's a long drive for us, it is 100% worth it. I decided 55 years old was going to be my glow up and it started with a visit to Dr Lee. I'd never…read moredone any injections so I really wasn't sure where to start. He studied my face and recommended 1 syringe in my lips and 1 in each nasolabial fold. I'm so glad I did it! My deflated lips looked fuller and less sad-frowny-face, and my nasolabial folds were filled in making me look less droopy. He did all of this with significant impact but looked natural. People at work noticed right away and loved my outcome so much, they decided to go get injections for themselves. The cost was $850 total for the lips (1 syringe) and $1900 total for the nasolabial folds (2 syringes). He uses a different formula for the two areas which is the reason for the price per syringe difference. I had all of this done 16 months ago and things are still looking great. No migration no deflation, no lumps. I did have the normal swelling and bruising at first, but that all resolved in 2 weeks. Money well spent and I would do it all over again!

The morning of my appointment they canceled on me. I understand things happen, however if I were to cancel day of I would be charged an "inconvenience fee" but if they decide to cancel it's just "I apologize for the inconvenience." Due to the limited hours they are open I started work early this morning and have had child care secured for weeks just so I can make it, only to see they have canceled my appointment. What a disappointment, I will not be rebooking and will find somewhere else that will hopefully value my time. What a waste of time, energy and effort on my part. Do better, or have backup providers. Truly a disappointing experience.

When I stated seeing Lisa I was using an acne specific cosmetic line, using 2 types of prescribed topical gels, and trying whatever magic potion or serum I could to get the painful bumps to go away. I would rarely be caught without makeup in public, constantly covering up painful blemishes, redness, and hyperpigmentation. *insert Lisa* I have confidence in my skin again! After a few treatments, listening to her recommendations for skincare and cosmetic option, and minimizing the consumption of inflammatory foods/beverages, I have lovely skin. Let me tell you the stuff that was pulled out of my face was unreal! My face feels and looks so amazing. Joana was extremely nice very pleasant made me feel comfortable.
