The front desk staff is notoriously rude, and that doesn't seem to bother the doctor. They treat various small things at this clinic, however, you can only present with one symptom. double (or triple) booking is the norm, so bring something to read. Carlson is the doctor and the only time I even saw him (in six + years) was on my last horrific appt. He was suspicious and paranoid. He was very verbally abusive and broke the HIPPA laws. Entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. My nurse was Becca My PA name was Sneha Mathew The entire clinic was super efficient when I went there on a Monday afternoon (my first time there). You can make an appointment or simply walk in. I was a walk in. I only waited about 5 or 6 minutes in the main waiting room up front. And once I got to the exam room, I waited less than 10 minutes.
