Brian would not call me back so we could find a solution. I had to go to groupon and report them and get groupon to refund the money. Stay AWAY from this place. I have paid substantially more than I was ever charged with Dr. Yuan. Close to a decade later, I am excited to be returning to Dr. Yuan. He is a straight shooter. You will not leave him looking overdone or ridiculous. His eye for aesthetics is top tier and I have not found any better than Sean Yuan. If you don't need something or there is a better (and sometimes cheaper!) option for you, he advises you as such. There were procedures I had wanted done many years back. Dr Yuan advised me to proceed in a direction that wasn't as extreme as what I envisioned, and gave me the reasoning. I insisted on what I thought I could achieve, and found a doctor who has no qualms doing what I asked. For the sake of brevity, i will tell you that EVERY procedure or treatment that I proceeded with elsewhere, I not only paid more for the initial treatment, but doubled down as I ended up getting the treatment or procedure reversed. I greatly regret not just following Dr. Yuan's advice. I'd have saved a lot of mental and financial energy! If you are lucky enough to have landed on Dr. Sean Yuan in your search for aesthetic treatments, you have found the only doctor you will need. I would, and do, feel comfortable and confident enough in his expertise to allow him to proceed in the way he thinks is best. He is also not one of those docs who tries to upsell you and push products or procedures you don't need or didn't even inquire for. In a nutshell, the program works--but you have to really commit. You have to decide you want to lose weight and be healthier and finally get it right and keep it off for a lifetime. This is not a quick fix; it's a lifestyle change that takes a conscious effort from you every time you food shop or prepare a meal or reach for a snack. It takes structure and discipline but it is really DOABLE!! And the staff at BeBalanced in Blue Bell are there to help and support and encourage every step of the way! I did my first round of drops and weight loss and thought "This is hard. No way am I doing a second round! I just want to survive one round." After 4 weeks I had lost 20 pounds and kept my word not to do another round (LOL!) so I did 2-3 weeks of maintenance and kept that 20 pounds off. I started thinking "Why not go again. Maybe I lose 20 more lbs by my birthday in the spring and that would be awesome! So I signed up for another round of weight loss and lost almost 20 more pounds! They only let you do 28 days of weight loss the you have to do some maintenance. That system really works. 4 weeks goes fast and you don't stress your body out too much at once. After my second round, my husband had gotten on board because he lost twenty pounds himself just because I was doing the food shopping and cooking! It was great to have a partner and be motivating each other. He never took the drops, we just made changes to our food choices and preparation, and we did it in ways we knew we could maintain long term. I stopped taking drops at the end of April. It is now November and I am coming up to almost 70 pounds of weight loss. WHAT?!?!? I've lost almost 30 more pounds and, although I am using the creams, I'm not doing anything special. I just continued to follow the lifestyle plan I learned with BeBalanced. I eat almost 1800 calories a day just to maintain the number on the scale and stop losing weight. I don't even work out! I just take regular walks with my dog to get a little movement. Nothing hard core. My next step is I to work in some strength training to preserve muscle tone after such a significant weight loss and I'm ready to take on that next step because working out now is going to feel so different now that I'm 70 pounds lighter! Thanks to BeBalanced, I've reached a number on the scale I only dreamed about. A number I was told was the "right" weight for my body but I never thought I could get to that number. It was a general conversation and did not address my personal concerns about dieting. My second visit was met with the receptionist informing the clients that the doctor had an emergency and there would be a 1-2 hour wait. I could not wait so I rescheduled for the following week. That week, was met with the receptionist on the phone with the doctor and he was instructing the receptionist on how to take care of each client. He could not get the blood pressure cuff to work, so we proceeded into a room where he gave me my pills and aa B12 injection (which shocked me that the receptionist was instructed to do this by the doctor). I have requested a refund because I have not had a good, productive visit. My request has been denied. I am in the process of reporting them to the medical board. I have reported them to the BBB as well.
