At one point she said that just because we were married didn't mean that we should stop testing for STIs because those happen in same sex relationships as well-- totally insinuating that we were promiscuous or otherwise unfaithful. Incredibly disrespectful, did not listen to her patients, spent next to no time in the exam room, and IS NOT LGBT+ friendly.

I was surprised with how friendly the Family Health, Pharmacy, Lab and Physical Therapy sections were. I walked in expecting to be scheduled 2-3 weeks out, but they were able to see me that same week (Family Health). Physical Therapy was definitely more challenging but they seem to have a great cohesive group. Pharmacy has an effective process in place, with a tv that tells you when your medications are ready for pick up. The Lab staff seemed very friendly. I noticed that almost each department has a board where you can post post it notes to tell them how they're doing. Keep up the great work, MDG!

Continued to get worse and the following Tuesday I was running a temp between 100 and 104.  Made another appt on that Friday and explained symptoms were getting worse another BRIEF exam I was told take OTC. No additional script. It would work it's self out.  Sunday symptoms were not improving so I called to and the PA for meds.   I was told she would call back.  I called a second time and was told she would call but probably not till tomorrow. Never received a call At 8:30 I went to another urgent care. They did a thorough exam inc X-rays and determined I had early Pneumonia.  Obviously I won't be back.  I was charged 2 deductible's.  Wouldn't be a big deal except I had no relief from their exams.

It is nearly impossible to see the same doctor twice because providers seem to constantly rotate in and out. If you happen to be seen by a great provider, don't get attached -- chances are you will never see them again. The administrative staff has also been very disappointing. Many interactions feel rude and dismissive, as if patients are inconveniencing them rather than seeking medical care. Compassion and professionalism seem to be lacking. On top of that, my co-pay has been charged at the rate of a specialty visit, even though this is not a specialty practice. After repeated issues and ongoing frustration, we have finally decided to move our healthcare to another provider.
