This is a review of Brad Feig, owner of A & J. Beware of his bait and switch. We had an…read more"evaluation" with him yesterday at his Holbrook office. Waited almost a month for this and when we walked into his incredibly dirty, (actual dirt pile on floor in waiting room), office, he was there on a big screen instead of in person. Nobody told us this was a zoom meeting. He was cold, unfriendly and never even introduced himself. Just saw his name on the screen below his face. We were there for an evaluation to get ABA Therapy and already had 2 different cognitively disabling diagnoses for our son, none of which are Autism. Brad immediately went into diagnosing our son for Autism. I told him this was not why we were there; that our son has been with Drs his entire life since birth and he does not have autism; that he still qualifies for ABA Therapy based on his other diagnoses. Brad had us fill out these horrible, confusing and redundant questions on this really faded xerox copied papers, signed off his screen then came back on to review them. He told us again that he would be diagnosing our son with Autism. I pointed out to him that this entire time we were in there, (about an hour), he never once even said hello to our son! Never once interacted with him or even called his name to see him respond! Who makes an Autism diagnosis without even meeting the patient? His response to me was "I have cameras in there." ...It was a complete waste of time and I'm sorry I even subjected my family to that dirty office. Brad Feig said he wouldn't offer us any services without an Autism diagnosis. This was never told to us before and it was a total scam. He should be shut down for his unethical, bait and switch tactics. Unless you're looking for an Autism diagnosis, nobody should ever go here and even if you are, go somewhere that doesn't operate in filth and hides behind a big screen.

This is a scam. It is a bait and switch which should be shut down and I am looking at who to file…read morecomplaints with. They lie about treating ADHD to get you in and then try to lie, in a wildly unprofessional manner even, to convince you that your child has autism so they can charge insurance. The guy Feig that runs the scam isnt even a good scam artist, he sort of solves for the lowest common denominator. Bottom line, STAY AWAY.
