My son was approved for a range of early intervention services. A service "coordinator" from Therapists 2 Go was in charge of his case. Despite a general lack of professionalism and responsiveness (good luck getting someone on the phone!) - we diligently completed a mountain of paperwork, coordinator various in-home evaluations, and participated in various calls. He is now five months old and we haven't received any services. In fact, we received an email this week saying our case is being transferred to a different provider. No other explanation as to why or what happens next (just a sloppy email with typos). I am filing a formal complaint with New York State - an organization like this should not be receiving precious resources for this type of crucial programming. What's more, I can't imagine what it would be like for someone trying to navigate this system with less time and less resources

We spoke to the HR department (Julissa) who was very kind and transferred me to the administrator (Lenna) who reassured us that they would be able to do this as long as we set things up before we came so that a caretaker & nurse could meet us there. We requested only female aides as my mother would not be comfortable with a male aide assisting her with the private matter of showering; the women who assisted my mother were very caring and gentle with her. As advertised, they blatantly target wealthy individuals and clients of concierge doctors. The result is that vulnerable people, who are reliant on the care of others are taken advantage of. It is an absolutely shameful practice that I have seen first hand. Stay away.
