The store itself has a bit of a weird layout and seems like it could use a renovation, but the current state adds to the hippy, natural, co-op feel. I found a kombucha and made a mental note to return to support this business in the future! They have quite the history and while there are many competitors in the area, I love supporting more local, family owned businesses. I feel there must be a considerable mark up on products and it's taking advantage of their consumers. I understand paying the higher price was my fault for not shopping around before purchasing, however, I can guarantee it won't happen again.

One goes through a series of stations including, but not limited to, a steam room, your choice of light therapy (e.g. red, blue), an ozone infused jacuzzi, and a foot detox machine. It really is quite incredible. Hydrogenated water is given to members and paying guests (day passes are available too, in addition to the memberships). Additionally, a holistic doctor is on staff and available.
