Dr. Hoefer is clearly a master of her craft. Her expertise, precision, and intuitive understanding of the body are on another level. This wasn't the first time she's rescued me--what I often think I am visiting for, turns into healing on multiple levels in areas I didn't realize were problematic. After injuring my back lifting something heavy, my pain escalated so quickly that by the next day I could barely walk. Following just one visit, less than 24 hours later, I had zero pain--completely gone. Incredible. Truly. read more

Finding a provider who is meticulous, safe, and truly listens is absolutely critical -- especially when you are trusting someone with such a vulnerable area of your body. Dr. Hoefer has completely changed my life, and I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. I found Dr. Hoefer after a very scary experience with another chiropractor who severely over adjusted me and did not take the time to listen to my concerns or consider my full clinical picture. I was left debilitated for days and honestly terrified to ever let someone touch my neck again. I eventually shared my story with another chiropractor in Florida, and without hesitation they told me: "You need to see Dr. Hoefer. She is one of the best upper cervical chiropractors out there." Walking into her office, I was understandably anxious -- but it became clear immediately that I was in the safest hands possible. Dr. Hoefer and her team conducted extensive assessments before even considering an adjustment. This included detailed imaging and CT based evaluation to ensure it was safe for me to be adjusted at all. Any truly great provider prioritizes thorough assessments before treatment, and Dr. Hoefer exemplifies that standard of care. She practices the Blair Upper Cervical Technique, which takes the entire body into consideration -- structure, alignment, and individual anatomy -- rather than forcing repetitive or unnecessary adjustments. This was a complete contrast to my previous experience, where over adjusting caused harm. With Dr. Hoefer, I was never rushed, never over adjusted, and never treated like a number. When I was finally cleared for my first adjustment, she used an incredibly gentle, precise technique to restore alignment. During one of the most frightening times of my life, she held space for me with patience, compassion, and calm -- listening deeply, educating me at every step, and ensuring I felt safe and informed. She and her team take detailed notes at every visit, track progress carefully, and truly collaborate on your care -- something I had never experienced before. During this healing process, a lot of emotional trauma surfaced, and Dr. Hoeffer met me with a level of presence and empathy that went far beyond anything I expected. She didn't just support me structurally, but emotionally and even spiritually. That kind of care is rare. It has now been six months, and my life has completely transformed -- physically, mentally, and emotionally because of Dr. Hoeffer and her incredible team. I drive 1.5 hours every time to go see her and her team and it is so worth it because I know she is the BEST provider in this entire field. She taught me what it truly means to be a great provider: someone who listens, educates, prioritizes safety, and stands by you not just when things are going well, but when you are scared and vulnerable. If you are looking for upper cervical care and want a provider you can trust with your health, your nervous system, and your well being, Dr. Hoefer at Well Connected Chiropractic is exceptional. read more

What can I say to make someone understand how thankful I am for finding Dr. Hoefer. I was searching for relief from chronic back pain over 6 years ago. I stumbled upon Dr. Hoefer when she was working under another doctor in RSM. She analyzed me, treated me and was the only person out of literally everyone and everything I tried to remove the pain. I have since followed her long into her career and now she has her own establishment in Well Connected. Great staff, friendly and calming environment. My wife and I come once every 3-6 months to get readjusted and every time we leave, we feel amazing. I couldn't recommend her and her team more. If you're at the stage of no relief and thinking there's no hope, think again and go to Well Connected. read more

This place is truly amazing! From the moment I walked in until I walked out I felt like I was at a five-star resort. Friendly greeting and welcome. Completed all my paperwork online prior to my appointment at my own convenience rather than sitting there in the lobby with a clipboard on my lap, trying to complete paperwork. The ambience is very relaxing. Soft music and soft lighting. The initial visit is very comprehensive. A neurological exam. A sensory functioning exam. And then they test your neck, back and hips. Everything is explained, recommendations given, and treatment plan that you can adjust because Dr. Hoefer truly listens and trusts her patience to know their own bodies. Besides chiropractic care, other services are available that enhance your road to recovery. Just GO! read more

Dr Hoefer is AMAZING!! I refer her to all of my patients in my own wellness center (Angela Kung Acupuncture). She knows how to keep me in top shape! I'm a professional athlete, I'm super busy and run a busy holistic practice, and I've had chronic injuries in the past that I need consistent TLC for. When I started with her, I began to feel happier, healthier, energized, and I also felt more supported and aligned. The subtle (and not so subtle) changes from her work really make a huge difference, and I'm so excited to get my entire spine back to normal!! And by the way, Dr Walker is superb as well, my husband just raves about her and I love her too!!! read more

Dr. Hoefer is the real deal. I live an hour round trip and I remember every time how well spent the time driving after a good adjustment. I trusted my newborn babies tiny fragile little neck in the hands of Dr Hoefer and her other associates. My wife regularly got visits and accommodations all the way up to the 9th month of her pregnancy. Dr Walker is an equally talented chiro - my favorite part is she very present, attentive, unhurried. I don't feel like I rush in explaining what's going on. Upper cervical care with the Blair technique is irreplaceable. You can't stretch your way back into alignment. You need a precise and perfect amount of force for adjustment. The office is always well staffed with plenty of assistances helping the office run smoothly and efficiently. Thank you ladies! read more

I started coming to Dr. Hoefer after I was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia. To manage the extreme pain, my doctor prescribed a nerve pain medication and told me I would need it for the rest of my life. Although the medication worked, I was determined to find an alternative solution. After much research, I visited a chiropractor in my area who referred me to Dr. Hoefer, a two-hour drive away. After my first visit, I was convinced I was in the right place. Dr. Hoefer was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and confident she could help me. She performed my first adjustment, which was absolutely painless, and I weaned off the medication. It has been almost two and a half years since I've taken the medication, and I have not had an issue with trigeminal neuralgia since! Recently, I've been experiencing lower back pain, and Dr. Hoefer immediately pinpointed the problem and treated it. The distance I have to drive for each visit is SO worth the care I receive. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hoefer and her entire team! Dr. Hoefer is not just an average chiropractor; she has truly become a friend. read more

These are not your typical snap, crackle and pop chiropractors. Dr. Hoefer and Dr. Walker specialize in upper cervical care and have done extensive training beyond the norm to provide gentle and safe adjustments. I hadn't been to a Chiropractor in several months and was looking for a new Dr and office. My wife and I were referred to Well Connected Chiropractic and was told that it was an excellent office so we decided to give it a try. I had been having a loss of range of motion in my neck as well as a recurring low back issue that I wanted to prevent going out again. When we got to the office, we were greeted by the front office staff and they were very friendly and helpful. After the usual paperwork I was able to see Dr. Walker for my initial exam. I was really impressed by the thoroughness of the exam. Dr. Walker didn't just give me a cursory exam and then crack my neck and back, the exam was very holistic and incorporated many facets of my overall health. I was especially impressed when they took not only x-rays of my back but also included a cone-beam Cat Scan of my neck (which I had never experienced in a Chiropractic office before). My wife had a very similar experience during her first visit. When we went back for our second visit and first treatment, Dr. Walker reviewed the results of the exam and imaging and I can tell you the images of the cone beam CT were amazing and explained a lot about why I was having the stiffness and discomfort in my neck. Dr. Walker then went on to explain the Blair Chiropractic technique for treatment of the cervical vertebrae. It is not the usual adjustment where you hear a lot of cracking and popping. She used a table specific to these kinds of adjustments, again different and better than my prior chiropractic experiences. Well, that was several months ago and both my wife and I have continued to see and be treated by Dr. Walker and we couldn't be happier. We feel better overall, have increase range of motion and flexibility, and less neck and back pain/discomfort. We have also taken advantage of the in-house massage therapy and have really enjoyed it. Overall, it really has been a 5-star experience. The Dr's and staff there are excellent as well as friendly and professional. I'm looking forward to continuing to treatments by Dr. Walker for a long time, she has great technique as well as bedside manner. She takes the time to get to know you as a person and not just another patient. read more

When I first came in to see Dr Hoefer and experience Blair technique I hobbled in after a fall and rolling my ankle. I could not put pressure on my ankle or walk upright. I'm thrilled to say after the first adjustment, I walked out upright and felt instant relief. Don't hesitate to put your care in her hands! read more

Dr. Hoefer is AMAZING. I went to Well Connected with terrible lower back pain that kept me from sitting or lying down comfortably. After seeing Dr H I'm like a new person. I highly recommend Dr. H and her practice. read more

Dr. Hoefer is awesome. I was in extreme low back/SI joint pain for over three years, and I literally cannot believe I'm not in pain anymore! It's only been two months that I've been seeing her and it's a miracle. I've been to so many different chiropractors over the last 20 years, and I've never had such a positive result in such a short amount of time. Oh, and this is not one of those "crack your back" experiences. In fact, there is very little cracking - it's more like focused, gentle adjustments using science and data. The office is well-run and all the people are super friendly and helpful. If you're in pain, go see Dr. Hoefer or Dr. Whitney. Don't waste anymore time waiting for it to "get better." Make an appointment and look forward to no more pain. PS: Just a quick update to say Dr Whitney is awesome as well. She's very intuitive, loves what she does, and has improved my body so much. read more

LIVE LIFE IN ALIGNMENT! My only regret is not GOING SOONER! She treated my Meniere's syndrome and took me off my medication on day one!! ... and haven't needed since. Come here and 'get your head on straight'! :-) read more

I've been seeing Dr Hoefer for mal de debarquement. basically issues of feeling motion when my body is not moving - "ocean head". I've had 4 adjustments and I'm experiencing a noticeable improvement in my symptoms. Dr Hoefer is extremely knowledgeable and a caring provider - she is super confident and knows her stuff. I trust her 100%. I looked into the Blair technique couple years ago, and I wish I had started this process sooner. Along with my treatment for chiropractic. I am also doing lymphatic massages with Lauren. She is absolutely amazing. I've noticed that the lymphatic massages are making a huge difference in my sympathetic nervous system, and promotes the activation of my parasympathetic nervous system. Dealing with any health condition can induce more stress so finding a way to calm the nervous system is even more important. And I never knew how effective a soft touch massage could be. I walk out of there feeling completely relaxed, soothed and in a zen state yet not groggy or detached from the world. It is moving stress toxins out of my system that have been trapped probably for a while. I look forward to continuing my sessions for complete recovery! read more

I was having shoulder pain so bad from working and and playing video games using my computer mouse. Dr. Hoefer was recommended by a friend who used to get migraines and get kind of blinded by starburst lights and Dr Hoefer fixed her up. So I had my first adjustment and I was still in pain for about 4 days after. Dr. Hoefer called to see how I was doing and I unleashed the Kraken on her. "If this pain doesn't go away, I'm going to a real doctor!!" Dr. Hoefer laughed and said "Okay!" And the very next day all the pain was gone. That was more than 15 years ago. I still go see her for some touchups but for the most part I'm fixed! She's great!! This type of care makes sense to me and has been very healing. Dr. Hoefer is a good caring person and I enjoy my visits to her office. read more

Well Connected Chiropractic receives 5 Stars without out a shadow of doubt in my book!!! I have been seeing Dr. Hoefer now for years and I kid you not she has changed my life. I was referred to her by a friend of mine when I was seeking every option to get better and nothing was working. She was my last resort before possibly even having surgery. I wanted something to fix my issues and not just mask them! I am truly blessed to have her as my chiropractor! Not only is she an amazing chiropractor, she has a heart of gold and just wants the best for everyone! I'm not sure where I would be today without her! Dr. Hoefer has been treating me for migraines and back pain throughout my pregnancy. Within seconds (literally) of adjusting my neck, my migraine was gone. This is my 4th pregnancy, but 1st time seeing a chiropractor during my pregnancy and I can say with confidence that being under Dr. Hoefers regular care has been the main reason why I haven't suffered from lower back and hip pain. My wife, who'd been seeing another chiro for years, saw Dr. Hoefer recently. She's 30 weeks preggo and dealing with low energy, fatigue, and difficulty holding proper posture. Being preggo looks hard, and I'm grateful she's handling that part. Anyway, after my wife's first appt w/ Dr. Hoefer, she was GLOWING. Her posture looked stronger and she beamed confidence everywhere. Seriously, nothing but smiles and stories of her experience. She said she actually feel asleep at her appt. The reason I'm writing this review is because, by a miracle, or trickery of some sort, MY POSTURE ALSO GOT STRONGER. I became more conscious of my own alignment. Dr. Hoefer is so good, she fixes people she's never even seen!! Obviously I've booked my own appt to gather more info and learn her magic powers. I'll report back once I've attained this secret knowledge. read more

Dr. Hoefer is so kind and gentle. She takes the time to understand what is going on with you and truly wants to do what she can to help. Dr Hoefer literally changed my life. Who would have thought that my 10+ years of pain, and one leg shorter than the other was due to my neck being out of alignment?? Within 24 hours of my first adjustment my pain went from a 9 to a 1! I have been to at least 4 different chiropractors in the last ten years and had multiple X-Rays but nobody was ever able to actually diagnose and treat the problem the way she did. Most have just wanted to set me up on a 3-6 month plan that cost thousands. Not her though, literally the most effective and fairly priced medical care I've ever received. Aside from that her team is also top notch, always welcoming with great attitudes even when I saw people walk in her office grumpy and bent out of shape. (Literally and figuratively) Her Blair technique is the real deal. I thank God for her. If I could give 10 stars I would. read more

I am glad that I went to see Dr. Hoefer right after my friend told me about her. For more than 3 months I suffered from vertigo, dizziness, earache, balance problem, sinus infection, neck pain and fatigue. I did not feel well all the time and could not do my normal activities, it was very depressing. My doctor told me to take some allergy medication and referred me to physical therapy for my neck pain. None of those really helped me. After Dr. Hoefer did my first adjustment, my sinus problem was gone right away. I am now back to normal and feel stronger. In addition, I can stand up straight easier and get a better body posture. Dr. Hoefer is very sweet, gentle and caring. The office is very nice and clean. The staff is amazing too! read more

If I could give more stars I would. As a veteran with disabilities and needing continuous pain relief, it is hard to find places the VA can send you in their insurance network; well this place is one of those hidden gems. The staff always nice and make you feel welcome. Dr. H is great at explaining what she sees in imaging and uses measurement techniques to observe progress and areas that need attention. I always received the best care and pain relief going to Well Connected Chiropractic and will always be grateful for their attention to detail! Highly recommend for veterans to get outside care and utilize this facility; but also recommend for anyone else that is suffering from any kind of pain. I always felt more relaxed leaving the facility and Dr. H fixed issues that VA doctors and chiropractors caused me with negligence. As I said; completely grateful and can't praise the staff and doctors enough! read more

Dr. Hoefer is outside my insurance network but seeing her was the best thing that I could have done for myself. After an injury to my sacrum/tailbone area, she provided immediate attention/therapy with PEMF. She also conducted a very thorough exam of my spine and neck and provided visual proof that I was a bit out of alignment. As I'm on the verge of turning 60, I accepted a few years ago that my neck's range of motion was limited and that I would have to accept that limitation. So not only did Dr. Hoefer provide expedited relief to my sacrum, she provided increased range of motion to my neck with a Blair upper cervical adjustment. Dr. Hoefer's entire staff is very welcoming, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Hoefer at Well Connected Chiropractic to anyone seeking chiropractic care. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Hoefer for several years now and can't imagine what life was like before seeing her anymore. The first time I had an adjustment, I left feeling like I was walking on clouds. I even have my kids and husband seeing her now. She is so caring, attentive, and effective. Not only has she done wonders for my pain & inflammation physically, but she has also taught me invaluable information about all the other important factors that play a role in these issues (i.e. holistic treatments, nutrition, self-care). I know I am in good hands with anyone in her office. I also love that I can make an appointment when I've had an injury or new symptom and she'll fit me in to fix me right up! read more
