Never thought I'd leave a review for porta potties, but just had to show appreciation for this…read morebusiness! We've used Johnny on the Spot many times since 2020. While Paradise is being rebuilt, I've joined my husband to help with his work a few times. Out in the field, we only use these porta potties. I'm truly amazed at how sparkling clean and fresh smelling they are and how they put gas station bathrooms to shame! I read the stickers inside that show the last time they've been cleaned, and they are always recent. So they're never out of tp or antibacterial foam/soap. I truly appreciate this while people are working out in the field. I've seen the devastation in Paradise, and now beautiful homes are being built, and cute rabbits and squirrels running around. The people are always friendly too. And resilient, of course. Stay strong, Paradise! Back to Johnny on the Spot - simply the best porta potties out there!

When the technician, Butch arrived, he was knowledgeable and friendly. His work is thorough and precise. He suggested the gap coverage and called the office from his phone so I could speak to Megan. Called a place that had lubed the axles before and asked if they would do the installation for me but they said since I bought it myself rather than having them order it they wouldn't do the install. (If I had them order the unit they would certainly have marked it up by hundreds of dollars and the warranty would be in their name rather than mine.) Called Ron's RV and asked if they would do the installation. After assuring them that it definitely fits the same opening, etc. they said they would do the job. When I took the trailer and AC unit to their shop I asked about replacing a dead exterior USB port as well and they said no problem. They installed the AC unit and replaced the USB port and didn't take a long time to "get to it" like a lot of RV repair places do. I'm very satisfied with the shop and the crew there and will definitely return for all future RV needs.

Didn't take him all day to fix my portable dishwasher, he took it apart and found the problem. And put it back together in just a little over an hour. I am impressed with his work and how nice he was. I will be calling him again for other appliances that need to be fixed. I recommend this business to everyone that has a little older appliances also. My dishwasher was in warranty, but the place I bought it from didn't have any availability for anyone to come out and see me and my dishwasher. The people that were on the list for the GE appliance I have couldn't get out to my house for three weeks. I called The store that was supposed to be the one that repaired portable dishwashers under my warranty. The gal on the phone told me from Ginno's, That they would reject my request because we did not buy it at Ginno's but that's where GE was going to send us to get someone to come out and get a repair. I decided I did not want to get the runaround anymore. I will be submitting my bill to GE and see if they honor my expenditure.
