My review is based on my experience with your company and I didn't feel like you wanted to work with me on my project based to the reasons I listed. Which is why I gave you the 3 star review initially. Yes, you might work on all different types of projects but I wouldn't know because I didn't get passed step 1. Yes you offered to do a make up appointment, but I had to contact you first to even find out you were out of town and couldn't make the appointment we agreed upon. I would still be stuck in limbo if I didn't text you. I could easily accept all this as a missed opportunity , but instead of trying to win my business back, you decided to throw a shot at me by replying with this quote of projection: "Projection refers to unconsciously taking unwanted emotions or traits you don't like about yourself and attributing them to someone else." Thanks the quote. This really shows the type of person you are and how you would treat people if they ever had a disagreement with you. Spoke with Paul through text and scheduled a date/time to do an estimate. They were a no show for the appointment and I had to follow up with them to find that Paul wasn't going to make it due to being in LA, according to his brother Eric. Eric did state that he could come by in 3 days to do an estimate, however, I told him I would move on to other contractors. I was told, good luck with my project. Aanco might be good at installing fences, but this was a bad first impression. I took the missed appointment and lack of communication as my project is too small for them and wasn't worth their time.
