Very poor service. When I called them and introduced myself and then asked for the name of the…read moreperson on the other end, he would not tell me at first. I asked him if he serviced HP printers and when I told him my model number he said he didn't know if they could service them. When I asked him who would know, he said the printer is too old and we don't service them. He did not seem very enthusiastic to help me. Too bad he did not want to do more to help me as I have other items in my computer consulting business office that need tending too.

I brought it in on a Friday and it was done Monday, fast service. I had tried to install OS twice and failed, so this was great that the tech was able to do it.
