Established in 2013.

All our staff are qualified in residential letting and property management to Property Mark standards so both landlords and tenants can be assured that they will receive the best possible service. We also provide free legal advice to landlords and can prepare notices and court paperwork at a fraction of the cost of a solicitor. As an added specialism to our Armed Services Personnel, we tailor lettings packages to military landlords who need to rent their property whilst they are deployed or assigned.

Qualified in residential sales and lettings and with a long career in housing, the owner wanted to bring transparency and fairness to the forefront of the market.
