I had a small area of block paving done and a set of double gates put in. The quality of the…read morepaving was fine and the gate is satisfactory. However do not expect a good level of service or professionalism (I have been dealing with Mick Morrison directly) from them. The paving was done and the main bolt put on the gate, then the problems started. The final fittings on the gate were forgotten that day and I was assured that he would come round on his way home one afternoon to finish the job. That was on 30-7-09 and to this day (10-8-09) I have not heard from him or had the work completed. I have left 12 messages for him across the 2 contact numbers (and now his BT call minder is full up, coincidence?), sent him a text message and e-mailed him. He has ignored all these requests for a simple call back. I have even spoken to a female on the landline number who took my details and said he would call back. So far nothing. For the sake of getting this done I will be going to B&Q myself. Do yourself a favour, even if costs a bit more, shop around before using this company as cheap is not cheerful, they are disgraceful. I am disappointed I cant give them 0 stars.
