Highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable, quality dental office. I've been a happy client for 5+ years for everything from routine cleanings to my first root canal which I was very nervous about, but Dr. Lee is so professional & skilled - he made the whole process painless. The support/admin staff are also very kind & helpful. And maybe most importantly you can tell that the office is impeccably clean & hygienic. Thanks for everything Welcome Dentistry! read more

My mom went because her Medicare insurance only had this business for korean speaking staff close to her listed as accepting her insurance. They lied a few times over the course of 2 mo's she got care. They lied about submitting claims for her crowns and she ended up paying the whole cost. She was also pushed to buy higher end crowns. This was discovered when she filed a complaint with CMS/Medicare and they informed her that this dentist never submitted the billing code for basic crowns for reimbursement. The insurance informed her it is her word against their word. One visit, she received anesthesia that day for the procedure. They then said she needed X-rays for pre authorization and they asked her to leave bc they had to wait for approval. They called her back and told her none of it was covered and will she pay the full price. She declined and started to file a complaint. CMS informed her there is no such documentation of a pre authorization submission. There is no chart documentation that she received local anesthesia. Please be careful and record and document if you have to go to this dentist for some reason. I don't want anyone especially seniors to go through this. Please consider filing a complaint with the Dental Board of CA. https://www.breeze.ca.gov/datamart/quickStartMenuCADCA.do license 61258 showed up but not the other license listed. https://search.dca.ca.gov/details/4412/FNP/13484/9ce7ed2a9ba10ab0a1fda69c3f8a2cbe https://www.mbc.ca.gov/Download/Forms/consr-07i-61.pdf read more

Great customer service. I was extremely nervous, as most people are for the dentist, but was met with professionalism and patience. Make sure to request Julia if you go. She's kind, understanding, knowledgeable and has a wonderful energy about her. 10/10 recommend read more

I have been coming here for several years now and I'm always impressed by how well they apply anesthesia, explain diagnosis and accommodate needs. With respect to administering care, they're incredibly gentle, while being swift. They're attentive to make sure that you are comfortable, even for seemingly simple parts of the procedure. Facilities are very clean and modern. read more

Not really one to write reviews, but had such a good experience at Welcome. Ive been to a few dentists in ktown but Dr. Lee and his staff were too kind for me not to give them a 5 star rating. So happy to have found a new dentist! read more

Julia was extremely helpful. Right from the appointment to the billing, everything went very smoothly. Dr. Lee was immensely patient and took the time to explain the procedure to me. I would be happy to recommend this clinic to anyone. read more

The best place for doing wisdoms teeth. I have done everything about my teeth here and they are the best !!! They give me both of advice & suggest before I do everything which I like it and also their price very reasonable. I really appreciate their services. read more

Love this dentist, very welcoming and respectful. Especially Assistant Julia Arzu. Makes customers feel comfortable and settled in.

Recently visited this new dentistry and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was accommodating, and their professionalism is unmatched. Five stars aren't enough to rate the service, operations, and care I received. read more

First, DO NOT GO HERE. I WARN YOU. Wish I can give zero star for this place. It was about a year ago; They did my crown and made it very tight that actually hurt my gum. I went in to adjust or grind a bit because I easily get bleeding when doing flossing. They did nothing but "taught" me how to floss instead. Well- does it look like I came in to learn how to floss? I asked what should I do with bleeding because my gum became weak and sensitive due to tight crown that did.. The lady said bleeding is normal so keep flossing. Even till now it bleeds when flossing whenever my condition is not great or when foods get stuck between the teeth. Since they made my crown so tight, I still suffer and foods always get stuck in between. Cut the crap about the doctor's so professional that went to "Loma Linda" university advertisement crap bs. Teeth treatments are somewhat undoable if you mess it up. Oh and even if you book an appointment, expect to wait another hour. That's how they do business here. Avoid. read more

0 star if possible. Front staff do not know the meaning of customer service or professionalism. Office smells like a Korean kimchi restaurant and not a dental office. Also, asked the customer before me if they brought $550 very loud and cold. Staff is rude and need training. Very disappointed and left before our turn. Do not waste time going here. read more

Been looking for a dentist for the longest. This facility is state of the art and super clean. The staff is super professional and friendly. So grateful to have found a local dentist facility. Both dentist are super friendly and care about patients their patients. Dentist provided me with full details to make an informed decision about pros and cons for extraction vs root canal. They are even more extra cautious with the looming Covid crisis too. read more

My mom has been having her treatment done here and I decided to have my teeth checked up also because I've been having some problems. The staff here are very friendly and give out different treatment options that they think would be the best for you. The doctor explains the procedure and also answer all your questions. Overall it was a good experience. read more

Do not go here unless you want to be harassed, upsold for treatments you don't need, and completely disrespected. My dad went here for a standard cleaning and instead they took his x-ray (which they billed his insurance for), gave him a list of out of pocket unnecessary services, and then the office manager yelled at him in front of everyone and threw his charts at the receptionist when he said he wants to only opt for necessary treatments that his insurance will cover. And then they had the nerve to call him next day to try and schedule a follow up. Unreal. DO NOT GO HERE. It's infuriating how much they think they can get away with by pressuring Korean elderly to spend money on treatment they don't need, all for their profit and greed read more

I was 100% satisfied with there service. Especially manager Kris was more than friendly and kind to all customers. I would definitely recommend friends and family to this location! Thank you! read more

I initially put them down as a primary provider after speaking with them regarding my insurance and verifying that they did in fact accept my insurance. When I tried to schedule an appointment the lady on the phone said that they didn't accept my insurance. I called my dental provider and they told me that under their contract they were suppose to accept my insurance. When you're under pain and need to get immediate service and trying to find a new provider please be cautious of places like this. Navigating these systems is difficult enough as is, having people lie about things makes it complicated to change offices. read more

I literally made a Yelp account just to write a review for this dentistry. This place has terrible customer service. Also, I don't know how the dentist treats his other patients but he was extremely unskillful when deep cleaning my teeth. Not only was he super rough with them but the dentist would not suction the water properly. I had to CONSTANTLY remind him because if I didn't I would've had to probably swallow the filthy water. This is absolutely the WORST deep cleaning I have ever experienced in my life. I highly don't recommend this dentistry. read more

oh my god.. waiting 2 hours now.. even though I made an appointment.. Never trust your appointment time if you book here.
