Employee bagged the shrimp from the case (1.22 pounds) Had a five-minute drive home, refrigerated the bag, then got it out to clean at dinner time. Shrimp was slimy and had a horrible rotten smell like ammonia. It actually burned the inside of our noses! (The employee had to be aware when she was bagging the shrimp!) It went right to the garage in a sealed trash bag. I had to scramble to find another meal to make for my kids who were coming over for dinner.
