Seriously, the owners put so much thought into this place. It is beautiful and relaxing. The two owners, husband and wife, greeted us very warmly and offered to walk us through our options. Our German being very poor, the owners offered to translate the menu to help our choice of wine. We settled on a German wine that was recommended by the owner. The wine was perfect as we listened to Jack White and talked about how life was different for them when the wall was up. It was a wonderful night.

This is a wondrous little gem, quiet and romantic just off the main street near the Nauener Tor. They have a nice selection of Reds, Whites, and Rosè. They also offer a small delicious assortment of artisan cheeses and meats. Outdoor seating in the alley around a beautiful young Walnut tree. There is also seating inside. As a surprise there is also a lovely little wine cellar that is very romantic Today we each enjoyed a glass of delicious riesling and a plate of artisan cheeses with baguette and focaccia bread. After I finished my wine, and went for a refill, the Mrs told me about the wine cellar and invited me to look. (See pictures).
