It's more than that though--you can see the passion the owners have through their descriptions of what they offer, and their ability to help every guest find a wine they'll like.
The highlight for me came from such a recommendation, a dessert wine (an eponymous Noble Rot) paired with a salted caramel praline. The combination of the sweet wine and the bitter chocolate and salty caramel was nothing like I've ever experienced before.
Overall, Noble Rot has a unique, well-cultivated selection of wines, and a unique ability to help you find exactly what you want to drink.
