i type in caps because i can see them. i am sfc steinmetz, spencer, ne'al retire army. 27 years…read morearmy reserves,16 years other. 43 years 1 mouth and more days. you represented me from a state side military accident event on jan.22 2010, in chatsworth n.j. on rt563. i have many legal complication ,some i think are in your are of expertise, others i hope and trust you, to refer me too. the urgent matter is bruce randolph, who owed bruces auto from 1973 to his sudden passing on may 12 2024. i realize the time factor but there is so much wrong with his death, that it includes missing a spot on his lung years ago, to the surgeon coming to his house and during, 1.5 litters of fuild out of his right lung and showing him a xray of his lungs and telling him i saw the spot a year or so ago but it was the other lung. i have the death certificate, it list is ambiguous at best.it list respiratory arrest, few min. stage iv cancer few months,metabolic encephalopathy, few days and acute renal failure. i had know bruce since 1973, he never smoked yet his death cert. says tobacco contribute to his death. im sorry he had asbestos and was missed by his doctors. he and i have work in the machine industry with it all our lives.
