My family has hired Mr. William Polistina twice now. He has been the light at the end of the tunnel…read morefor our family at a time when our choices appeared limited and the probability of a fair resolution seemed just about impossible. Not only has he been able to defend us from what we felt was an unjust charge, his calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional support to myself and those I care about most, my sons. Mr. Polistina is a good listener and exhibited the ability to quickly analyze what my sons told him, and he knew exactly what important judgement calls to make which drastically minimized the decision-making time. He always kept in mind that the decisions being made were going to affect both of my sons' futures. We put our trust in him each time hoping that he would take the best approach to achieve the desired outcome. We believe that he did reach a favorable negotiation with the opposition and we were content with the outcome. That was very important because both of my sons had college degrees at stake. Also, when we hired him the second time, Mr. Polistina understood that we were struggling financially so he let us pay his fee in installments instead of requesting his entire fee upfront. This is a lawyer who cares. Our experiences with him have been nothing but positive. He kept us up-to-date either by phone or e-mail. If we had to leave a message, he would promptly return our calls. We are eternally grateful for his service, would hire him again, and would recommend Mr. Polistina without reservation. He is a lawyer with a heart!

The Mazzoni Law Firm is rooted with a heralded history, established 50 years ago by the late…read moreMichael R. Mazzoni, Esq. Mr. Mazzoni was a highly regarded attorney, professor, and Municipal Court judge. He served on the bench for almost two decades. His relentless pursuit of the justice system, unmistakably had a profound effect on his daughter, counselor Amanda H. Mazzoni, Esq. Ms. Mazzoni is a well-versed legal expert and trial attorney whose knowledge, demeanor, and flawless reputation was exemplary of all that a lawyer should encompass. I was blessed that Ms. Mazzoni handled a legal matter for me before a judge in New Jersey. She and her staff are consistent, concise, experienced, compassionate, and tenacious. Ms. Mazzoni's areas of practice are vast and exceptional. Most attorneys are lucky to me able to practice one area of the law with mediocrity. Anyone who is intelligent and honest, could never use a word, such as average, to describe Amanda H. Mazzoni, Esq. Whatever she does, she only does exceedingly well. She is thorough, prepared, and is objectively able to view the law, because it's not only in her blood, but because her views include experience as a Chief Prosecutor, a Public Defender, head of a law firm, and adjunct professor of law. The ability to see and anticipate all sides of an argument is extremely rare. What you get when you retain Ms. Mazzoni, is an attorney who judges and prosecutors respect, and opposing counsel is aware that they must be at their best. Mazzoni is licensed to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and California. Her efforts as my attorney, and advocate provided results that met and surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend her. She and her team are exemplary. They are all transparent, efficient, cordial, helpful, professional, informative, and responsive. You can't get nor expect more when you hire an attorney. As a law school graduate, and son of an astonishing lawyer, I can tell you with 100% assurity that there is no class in any law school that teaches the skills Mazzoni innately possesses, and perfects. Each day, she expands her father's legacy. He must have been a remarkable lawyer, and extraordinary role model. Why? Amanda H. Mazzoni, Esq is the attorney you want representing you and your best interest.
