WSMCPAS owner Douglas Moini offered consulting on the issues but took his time completing a portion of the return. From May 26 thru July 26 to get a completed return. The employees followed his directions to hold the return as long as possible. Return was received recently and the return is still not filed. This is gross incompetence and lack of care by the business. If you want to be treated respectful of your customers. You don't want WSMCPAS.

My family has hired Mr. William Polistina twice now. He has been the light at the end of the tunnel…read morefor our family at a time when our choices appeared limited and the probability of a fair resolution seemed just about impossible. Not only has he been able to defend us from what we felt was an unjust charge, his calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional support to myself and those I care about most, my sons. Mr. Polistina is a good listener and exhibited the ability to quickly analyze what my sons told him, and he knew exactly what important judgement calls to make which drastically minimized the decision-making time. He always kept in mind that the decisions being made were going to affect both of my sons' futures. We put our trust in him each time hoping that he would take the best approach to achieve the desired outcome. We believe that he did reach a favorable negotiation with the opposition and we were content with the outcome. That was very important because both of my sons had college degrees at stake. Also, when we hired him the second time, Mr. Polistina understood that we were struggling financially so he let us pay his fee in installments instead of requesting his entire fee upfront. This is a lawyer who cares. Our experiences with him have been nothing but positive. He kept us up-to-date either by phone or e-mail. If we had to leave a message, he would promptly return our calls. We are eternally grateful for his service, would hire him again, and would recommend Mr. Polistina without reservation. He is a lawyer with a heart!
