There was a conflict of interest with the lawyer I had my appointment with even after I told him…read morethe name of the person that was harassing me...he took my witness information to the incident and accepted my appointment...only to find out later AT THE APPOINTMENT that he was a friend of the person that was harassing me..He slipped his knowledge of knowing this person after I caught his knowledge of being a friend of this person after I asked him a few questions about my situation..And if can catch a lawyer in a slip and you are not a lawyer yourself...how good could he be?? When questioning this, be prepared for very odd late night emails where she will complain about how overworked she is and wasn't able to eat lunch (??). More billable hours will accrue as she sends wrong subpoenas and letter after letter with mistake after mistake. There are many unsatisfactory reviews on legal sites that all describe the same pattern of excessive over billing and mistakes with no honors to counter.
