I asked to speak to Holly and I was informed that she wasn't in and I was like well can I leave my name and number and get back to me Precious the receptionist hung the phone up on me! Seriously that's how you speak to a potential customer and who was simply asking tax related questions? WOW!!! Great way to run a business. I see you don't have any Yelp reviews. Sorry to say that your first review on Yelp will be negative. Such a shame I could have given you lots of repeat business. I was never informed until I called back and spoke to a woman identifying her self as the owner of the business told me that it's their policy their company policy not to give tax quotes over the phone that's fine and I can respect that , but I was never informed that when I first initially got on the phone, and was spoken to in a very unpleasant and unprofessional manner by Precious the receptionist has a very , very unpleasant manner, and I don't recommend this business at all! Go elsewhere to get your taxes done !
