I am very surprised that there are not many glowing reviews here for dr. Weinstein, who is very intelligent and kind. I have seen him for the past several years and referred to him from a family member who knows him and his stellar reputation through the medical community. I see him for chronic digestive issues, otherwise known as IBS, otherwise known as a disabling, but not life threatening condition that is very difficult to treat as it is inconsistent in symptoms. He is very thorough and knowledgable about the illness and treatments. He is also very warm and empathic-which is helpful for any doctor, especially one which is kind of an invisible disability that some doctors may not take so seriously (in my experience of having this for many-40!). When I had a procedure under anesthesia, I was a little scared and he held my hand until I fell asleep. During my last appointment online, he saw my cat and joked that he had an allergy and I had a much needed laugh. He is a good listener and makes it clear that he cares about the patient. I just finished my last appointment and had to write a review to commend him out of appreciation and also to let others know that he is a great doctor. read more
