The result: absolutely nothing. He advised us to pursue an unfair dismissal claim at the Fair Work Commission. The opposing party's own lawyers pointed out in writing that the Fair Work Commission "does not have jurisdiction" over commission claims and called the proceedings "fundamentally misguided." Even Mr McArdle's own colleague - a Special Counsel at the same firm - emailed us strongly recommending that we "discontinue the unfair dismissal claim as soon as possible." Mr McArdle ignored his own colleague's advice, ignored our requests to stop, and pushed through 5 conciliation conferences over several months. The other side offered zero every single time. He then told us we would need to pay another $15,000 to continue. At our initial consultation, he had assured us the matter would be resolved quickly. When we questioned his strategy, he rarely responded to our emails. When he did respond, he blamed us for not having "definite proof" of commission - yet in his own email to the opposing lawyer he wrote that their client had been "unambiguously promising commission." He cannot have it both ways. An accredited specialist who selects the wrong legal forum, ignores his own colleague, ignores his client, and charges $9,000 for zero outcome. I strongly advise anyone to seek a second opinion before engaging this firm.

This had been done only after several minutes :-) The products allowed to be purchased here are straight from specific computer companies in; America, Switzerland and Australia. Australia, since the companies in America and so on establish their companies also in Australia and sell their products within Australia direct from their shops. Some of the products that I could buy are from China and their neighbouring countries, Korea and Japan etc.. because of this, I like to purchase my products here at a reasonable deal. If you have never had a professional photograph taken, I highly recommend You Studios at Balmain. It is a two step process. First you visit their studio and go nuts, have a great time! Do silly things or random things you would never have done before. I chose to get a couples photo and portrait photo taken. Then sit back and wait for the call. I was then invited back to review the photos and relive the moments again. It's amazing how they capture so many emotions in an hour. You can pick your favourite pictures and select the ones you want enlarged. I loved their perspex medium, but it was a bit expensive, so settled for a framed picture to take home. A great experience and cannot wait to try it again.
