He obviously didn't like the truth !! If you've read it , every word was true! I DID contact the Office of Legal Server Commission to lodge a complaint , but just wanted to forget the whole miserable treatment by him . A phone has been ordered for three months and not arrived - I call almost daily and the "Account manager" is sick, on holidays, the warehouse is moving or the phone is in the mail. Please OPTUS - go back to basics and teach your business Account managers ethical behaviour and how to have integrity in their dealing with your Business Clients. The OPTUS Tech fund is a separate entity to standard OPTUS and they would be best to do away with this and the staff as it reflects poorly on the OPTUS Brand. I have cancelled half the services we have with Optus and reviewingthe other services. So disappointed and very unhappy. No Stars but one is the lowest available.

The dude, though friendly enough, was very unhelpful. The reason... the only one I can think of is that I mentioned I'd been shopping around as I was after a good deal - I didn't mention other providers costs or plans. It was like he knew they were by far the most expensive and difficult to install (if you already have a phone line with another provider). I went in there to see if there was a reason they were more expensive - perhaps it was a good reason I'd be inclined to sign up. Unenthusiastic and unhelpful.
