Yes people at this brokerage they push their title company so the agents could receive an extra commission from that as well. He literally sent me texts saying "you'll get the keys after you sign." Our lawyer said he legally could not do that. Stay far away from this unethical, unscrupulous agent. He just wants for you to sign papers and close - not to make his clients happy but to get his commission.

Every step of the process is delegated, which gets very frustrating when you want a clear straight answer and it takes several phone calls because every move still has to be approved by Pam.
