Instead of letting me do that, the woman working there immediately pointed me to the exit and told me to come back with two pieces of ID another time. She didn't even give me a chance to retrieve it or show anything. Just kicked me out on the spot. Basic customer service would have been to let a customer grab their ID from the car instead of treating them like they were trying to pull something. Very poor way to handle a simple ID check. Will not be returning.

I would recommend the club to those who seek help with managing their conditions with a holistic and unbiased approach to the use of medical marihuana supplements as well as the variety of products from oils, edibles, quality of indicas and sativas, and other products related to the use of the supplements. Their prices are also within the range of other clinics and probably more affordable than most. Thank you Rainforest Compassion Club for your kind assistance and service.

I was put off that there was only one type of preroll-which was sativa. They didn't have strains or indica. The second thing that put me off was the joints were only 1/2 gram and they were $5 each! Again I bit the bullet and bought 2 even though I thought it was a rip off. I was in a time crunch. I finally got a minute to light one up, and it was rolled so tight that it wouldn't even smoke. I am so bummed because I wasted money on weed I can't even smoke. I wound up re-rolling the other joint and the herb is literally dust. I don't recommend buying bud here if you actually enjoy smoking.

I had a consultation regarding CBC products for relief for anxiety and possibly pain for my…read morearthritic condition Not only was CBD medication prescribed, marijuana was prescribed, with suggestion to vape as I have COPD. When I contacted the organization they use for product purchase, the vape machines were 200.00 plus, ranging up to 400.00. I could not afford and that staff member recommended a cheaper hand held. Then it took forever to get the product. Once the product was received, I reviewed my treatment plan and noted that it reccommeded 3 days at 05ml and the following 3 days at 10. This seemed like a big jump. I tried to clarify this and what insued were several emails with Greeenleaf staff in which they suggested that I had not followed their recommendations, that the treatment plan noted a gradual inrease to 10. I sent the copy of the treatment plan I had which did not at all state a gradual increase. I never used the products I purchased because of the conflicting information. I did not feel the direction was safe, particularly after the very rude tone in the emails. I also feel like despite my concerns about use of marijuana as a teen had caused anxiety, that they still proceeded with the recommendation to use this and recommended a vape machine that was very expensive. I believe they work with the supplier and pump up sales. All I was looking for initially was for CBC medication for anxiety and pain. In addition to the very rude emails with Greeenleaf staff, I finally said I was just done with them and had wasted a significant amount of money. They said they were going to refund the consultation fee within a couple days; however, I never received the refund either.
