I also appreciated how transparent he was - I asked him a bunch of questions about the seats they had, he gave me product info so I could do my own research before renting. Very organized and professional. I felt safe going with them! No fault of theirs at all. I called them to see when they would be back at DIA to take me home and the dispatcher, Matt, sent a van over right away at NO CHARGE! Blew me away with kindness. She gave us amazing suggestions and we were able to decide on exactly what we wanted.
