We placed an order 9 months ago to get a cargo trailer built. At the time, Tom, the builder and owner, led us to believe supplies were not an issue and that we were asking for a pretty simple build. Of course, we've all had to make adjustments. During COVID he's never once taken the initiative to contact us about how the pandemic might impact our order. We've called, emailed, texted, and posted on Facebook Live just trying to confirm whether or not he has started the build or get info on where we are in the process. When he does decide to contact us back, his excuses change, but he won't provide actual specific answers to questions that he should have the answers to (i.e. has construction started or has the certificate been generated). Today we managed to catch another of his live updates and put our questions in the chat. We just wanted to know if he has started any work on the trailer. Not only did he ignore our questions ("Oh, God" was his sole verbal response), he quickly deleted them. This after 9 months and a couple thousand dollars on a simple, small trailer shell with no plumbing, furniture, or complex electrical systems. We understand that COVID is a game changer, but he's taken our money and provided absolutely horrendous customer service. In fact, he made a grim joke on a recent Facebook Live about doing armed "target practice" on people. Not funny. He complains about his customers as though they're the problem instead of offering solutions. His website, unlike most other companies at this time, shows no information about potential delays or changes due to the pandemic. To all appearances, potential customers would be right to assume the business is running at full tilt, with average lead times still advertised at 180 days. There's nothing there about part delays or warnings that production might be impacted that I could find. This is simply not how most businesses are handling the situation. Not businesses that want to stay in business. Everyone has been impacted by COVID. We're all being more flexible. But Tom just isn't caring for us as customers or as people. It seems it would be simple to reach out to people you've taken money from, be empathetic and not scary, tell them the truth, and offer reasonable options. The all time worst customer service experience so far. And he's treating our money like a no-interest loan because he's shown us nothing that he has done for it. If he were actually using the down payment legitimately (i.e. for parts, labor, paperwork legalities), he could show us the receipts. This is a lousy way to treat customers, and I don't want anyone else to have to go through what's happened to us. Hopefully, Tom will learn how to treat the people who make his lifestyle possible. read more

Ordered trailer almost 2 years ago. Still waiting on refund deposit. Disappointing to say the least. Had to contact each month to get check it seems. I was told I have to wait til next week. Thinking I'm going to be stiffed the last monies owed. Threatened with legal action by the owner if I complain online too much. Just trust me on this....look somewhere else. Everything seems find and dandy on certain social media platforms (he kicks off his page anyone who disagrees with or complains) so you are not getting the "full picture" only what he (and his fanboys) want you to see. read more

I took delivery of a custom built 18 foot WeeRoll Silver Star that I was told had been custom ordered by someone else that had then canceled the order. I have read the other reviews on this site and I didn't have the same bad experience with Tom at all. In fact, my experience was extremely pleasant from start to finish. Now, to be fair, I didn't do the ordering and was able to snag an already completed trailer, which I paid for in full prior to picking up, so I can't speak to the experience others are having. I will say however, that both Tom and his office manager Tara were both very responsive anytime I had questions or concerns and the crew that were getting my unit ready for delivery were going over it with a fine toothed comb. I am very happy with this whole experience. I would definitely buy from Tom again and recommend them to anybody looking for a fantastic product. read more

I order a very simple build in 2019. With covid I was very patience. I requested only one build change and that was to add brakes. No response at all!!! One year later I called and called not answer after a couple of emails I was told that they could not get the color I requested so I could take a black one or my deposit back. I responded with I would like my deposit back and would reorder in the future. After months of no response to emails, phone calls or facebook messages I spoke to someone in the office and was promised my deposit was coming but in payments. I was OK with that. That was all most 6 months ago and I have still not seen a dime. I even visited his shop before I ordered he was very proud of it and the work they do. No doubt they make a good product costumer service is absolute trash. I have now resorted to leaving reviews hoping someone will think twice before giving him a deposit. I was actually going to order from him again but not now and will not recommend him until he starts keeping his word! read more

In December 2020 a contract for purchase of a custom camper was made with Thomas Cafaro of WeeRoll LLC, 1909 NE 25th Ave Ocala FL 34470, 352-454-8210. An initial deposit of $2000.00 was made and a second deposit of $995.00 for upgraded materials was made in June 2020. The contract was for one year which would be December of 2021. During this time it was very difficult to communicate with Mr. Cafaro regarding the progress of the camper and only a couple of messages were ever received . Our repeated attempts to contact him were ignored. Now fast forward to May of 2022 and Mr. Cafaro /Wee Roll was unable to complete the contract order and has refused to provide a refund for the $2995.00 deposit made . We have reached out to him many times through phone , email, Facebook messenger and his website . All of our communication attempts have been ignored. Several months ago he did send a message stating that he would make monthly payments until the refund was paid but that has yet to happen . We see that he is still taking orders and deposits via his Facebook page and website from other customers yet he has not fulfilled our order or issued a refund for the deposit that was due back in December 2021. We are concerned that other customers are being lied to and losing money to this company and Mr. Cafaro. UPDATE ** we finally received our deposit refund 5/26/2022 after we contacted an attorney and local news media . Not worth the stress!!! read more
