I hired Michelle to do a deep clean on my house because it was (still is) in desperate need of one. I not only feel like my house was not cleaned, but I feel as though it was only made to look clean at a glance. That fact that right after she left I felt the need to still clean my house is not okay! -Laundry room wasn't done, had cat littler all over the floor & washer/dryer covered is dust -baseboards not done -food on floor in kitchen -kitchen counters sticky & still had pieces of food on them. -not vacuumed, carpet pieces & wet cat hair clumps all over the house from where the carpets were cleaned but obviously not vacuumed before hand -rings on dinning room table -rings still on stove top -ring in toilet still -pieces of trash easily picked up by vacuum still all over house -dust everywhere -soap scum still in master bathroom shower -sticky tile floors The few things that were done, were things I do daily in my house, and was not what I had thought I was paying for. When I had notified Michelle that I had cancelled the check and was dissatisfied with the services she was very unprofessional, and tried to guilt me into paying her, and blaming me for it. While I do not know anything about her husbands services, I do not recommend her cleaning services to anyone, and will not be using her in the future. Disclaimer: my house is not a disgusting mess! I keep my house clean, I just needed some help because I no longer have the help of my other half here, so have not been able to find the time!
