Sorry my review is months late. I called to schedule an appointment for Infant CPR and I encountered a very rude old woman that answered the phone. I called previously to get directions and she answered the phone and was slightly rude then. Unfortunately, my training was scheduled during a holiday parade so I was very late. I called back about rescheduling and she had a MAJOR attitude. She told me that I called about an hour ago. I knew that already and that was my reason for calling back. I didn't need this imbecile to tell me a known fact.
I believe it was the owner (Ball). Let me tell you something lady. You have a nasty attitude and that will put you out of business quick. I am not sure if it was ignorance, senility or stupidity that causes her to cope an attitude. I will tell all of my associates to avoid this place. I am a daycare owner and I was completely taken back from the level of stupidity, prejudice and ignorance. I have a slight accent because I lived overseas in Europe but that was not a reason to be that rude and incompetent.
This is 2018 lady, if you don't want to encounter different accents and ethnicities I would suggest you go out of business.
