As of 2017 they have refused to send me or provide proof of consent to report these items to credit reporting agencies Without the proper documentation for HIPAA. They have claimed they have the correct documentation but refuse to provide this information. It is my right to verify this claim with the PROPER DOCUMENTATION FOR HIPPA!!!!! They have not cooperated with my request to provide the CORRECT information to verify the validity of this debt. They NEED BETTER TRAINING and should know the BASIC RULES about medical debts and reporting to credit agencies in regards to HIPAA rights. I have submitted an official complaint to the United States Department of Health and Human Services to request and open an official investigation regarding this supposed claim and violation of my basic human health information rights and or HIPAA Violation committed against me by Credit Associates INC at 358 NE Marshall Ave, Bend, OR 97701 (541) 312-9176.
