STOP DELTETING MY REVIEWS!!!!! This company refuses to send any official documentation or information that was provided from COPA KIDS in order to legitimize the legality of the charges that have been reported to my credit reporting agencies. As of 2017 they have refused to send me or provide proof of consent to report these items to credit reporting agencies Without the proper documentation for HIPAA. They have claimed they have the correct documentation but refuse to provide this information. It is my right to verify this claim with the PROPER DOCUMENTATION FOR HIPPA!!!!! They have not cooperated with my request to provide the CORRECT information to verify the validity of this debt. They NEED BETTER TRAINING and should know the BASIC RULES about medical debts and reporting to credit agencies in regards to HIPAA rights. This is a ridiculous company that refuses to send any kind of receipt for payments made over the phone or online. They will only give a receipt for an "In person" payment. I live over in Portland and shouldn't have to drive 3 hours to make a payment and get a receipt. Do NoT use their service.
