My company hired Jason to do professional head shots for 30 employees. It was a very last minute…read morerequest, but Jason was able to accommodate our schedule. He came on-site to our Irvine location with all his equipment and figured out the best spot with optimal lighting. He spent so much time with each employee on how to stand/pose and smile. Although we are all business professionals, a lot of us felt/were (extremely) awkward in front of a camera and Jason was there to help alleviate those concerns. Having taken many professional head shots throughout my career, I can say that the experience with Jason was by far the most enjoyable. I asked him how he is able to make people feel so comfortable and it's because he has a wedding photography background! Communication, contract signing, and payment were extremely easy. We received our touched-up photos within a few days. Everyone is very happy with their individual photos, which is kind of a miracle because a lot of people hate the way they look in pictures. Another major plus is that Jason offers very competitive rates. I highly recommend Jason!

We wanted to make sure Andy was the real deal, as we thought the reviews were too good to be true, so we met with Andy to discuss the time frame and to get an idea of expectations on both sides. It was evident from his demeanor that he was a true professional and had a deep love for his craft. We hired Andy to take engagement photos. It was a rainy day and Andy used the weather to his advantage, implementing creative poses. After seeing his creativity, professionalism, and the final product we decided he was the photographer for us. We were unsure of poses and allowed him to be creative, and he nailed it every time. We told him we were hiring a videographer, the photo location required a permit, and that the church had strict operating procedures. He worked with the videographer to ensure the best shots for both parties, made sure he had the correct permit, and he communicated with the church to understand expectations. He worked with another photographer, Alex, to ensure the best shots were taken and not a moment wasted. They made a great team. We would hire Andy again for any shoot that arises. Quest ended in less than 5mins. Yes, odd for a toddler bday to have an MC but there were 140 people and we needed someone to lead the party. Alexsei came earlier than us preparing for the party. He even went out of his way to bring a red carpet for the photo zone. I requested him to play some funny games he probably never heard of but he managed to pull it off like it was his. We had 7 dwarfs and my daughter was the snow white. He made all 7 dwarfs dancing to the beat and little kids followed them. Great choice of music tok. When it came down to the editing, Tim was really great about making changes according to our feedback so that our video would be really personal. We had an awful experience with Ridge Productions! Once we received our wedding video back we were…read morein shock that this is the work of a professional company. Important moments during our ceremony were omitted from the video. I had made a special audio for my husband, a prayer for us, for our walk and this was left out of the video!! We did a mash up dance that was also omitted from the video! Our cousins did a fabulous dance for us that was also left out! WHY? These are important moments of the wedding! It should be noted that I had communicated with Ridge Productions before our wedding that these special moments must be included in the video. During another important moment, the marriage contract, the entire video footage was shaky, I felt like my 7 year old nephew could have taken better footage. So careless at such a sensitive time! To make matters worse the audio during our marriage ceremony and contract was way off and didn't match the video. What is going on? During our speeches, the coloring of the video was off and again, shaky footage. I just can't understand how you could do this for someone's wedding? We paid for the Platinum package, which was the highest package available. Doing this with an expectation that we would be pleased with the results. To our dismay, we were beyond disappointed! Through my interactions with Ridge via email, and phone, I really tried to work this out and edit the video. After the 1st edit I was shocked that what I received still had the same issues!! I was so sad and it was so hard to even look at the video again to make notes for our 2nd round. I finally sat down and worked on all my notes. The owner Tim completely blew me off and said there is nothing else he can do for us!!! WHAT?? Our contract states we are entitled to 2 edits. We didn't even get 1 edit because our video was never in a normal state. There was so much work and issues with the original video. Now we have to pay to get our video edited by another videographer. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! BIG FAIL!
