Let me explain, my fiancé and I just finished a session with Dustin and I'm am simply amazed at the professionalism, attentiveness & creativity behind this amazing photographer. After looking over various photographers it was difficult to choose exactly which to choose. After much contact and deciding, I was most impressed by the way Dustin explained his craft and left every curiosity answered and then some. We set up date and location and the experience of having pictures taken by Dustin was the most FUN I've ever had! My fiancé and I felt completely at ease and we both felt like we were America's next top model lol. There were some ideas my fiancé and I had about how we wanted our pictures taken. Not only was Dustin attentive & open to our ideas, he expressed interest in our ideas and even built more upon them! He has 'the eye' that captures some of the most intimate moments I have ever seen my fiancé and I together. Looking back on the photographs, every picture has that feel of 'timeless magic'. I feel it every time I look at the pictures. Choosing Dustin as our photographer has been THE. BEST. DECISION. EVER. I almost want to keep this guy all to myself! Saying 'Thanks' is only marginal to the gratitude I feel towards him and his art.

We saw an advertisement for Melo's services at a local restaurant and thought it was a good deal;…read morewe gave Melo a call and got more information and realized of course, there was a catch with the actual price advertised. After negotiating, we finally got a decent deal within our budget for photography, video, DJ, and Emcee for our wedding along with a complimentary engagement photo shoot. When we got our engagement photos taken, I felt rushed. Melo gave us a time frame of over an hour along with the idea that I would have an outfit change but I didn't even get an outfit change and the shot probably lasted an hour. We received our engagement photos within a timely manner, so we thought would go wrong. Prior to our wedding, we gave Melo photos for our slideshow for the wedding and after watching it at the wedding, there were errors where my name was listed on my husband's photos..which could've been an easy fix if it was reviewed prior to final edits, right? Well, even on our wedding we were expecting photographers that he hired to be at our hotel at 6:30 am to 07:00 am for the "getting ready" shots but it was nearly 7:30 and no photographers were to be seen..when Melo finally picked up, turns out he sent the photographers to the wrong hotel even after we've confirmed with him the location how many times. At our wedding, Melo wouldn't even coordinate with the venue's directions and just wanted things to go his way. I felt a lot of things were rushed and my husband and I's first dance song was cut in half even after I provided him with the full audio mp3. I mean, come on, it was our first dance. How could that get messed up? Also, even though we provided a playlist of music we wanted at the wedding, I felt like not all the songs we wanted were played. Melo even started singing at our wedding without asking us. I mean, if I wanted live entertainment I would've asked.. Even after our wedding we've been having issues still with Melo. Surprisingly it didn't take us long to get the digital copies of our wedding photos but it took us forever to get copies of our DVDs along with a photo book he promised. We've been waiting for a photo book of our wedding since August and we BARELY received the photo book today (October), 4 months after our wedding. We were promised 150 photos of what we wanted from the wedding and only got 33 photos.. The only bright side of this was situation was from the photographers (Angel Aguilar Photography) that were hired at our wedding. They were very kind and patient and our photos turned out great. They were even able to give us a DVD copy of our wedding within a week after we've reached out to them. They were very professional and met our expectations. I'd definitely recommend them. I could honestly write so much more about Melo but to keep things short--stay away if you don't want to deal with a headache, especially on your special day. :(

CARMELO AND HIS TEAM ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY!!!…read more They ruined my sister's wedding memories!!! He is beyond unprofessional and my whole family is very upset that we still haven't seen a single photo from my sister's wedding! No samples, no videos, NOTHING!!! The wedding was in July and it's already the smack middle of November! Melo, if you are reading this review --- HAVE SOME GODDAMN DECENCY AND FINISH THE JOB WE PAID YOU TO DO!!! Melo and his team did show up at the wedding but it's been FOUR MONTHS since the wedding and we still haven't seen any samples or clips from the wedding at all! We would reach out to him to ask for status and he will not respond until days after with just vague texts saying "still editing" -- he doesn't even have some decency to apologize for keeping us waiting or to at least come up with any photos for the bride and groom. We even showed up at the address listed here on Yelp as his office but it doesn't exist! The address is a different wedding vendor and the owner confirmed that he has no affiliations with this Weddings and Princess company nor know any photographer named Melo. This guy is a straight up scammer. His website doesn't even exist! My sister made a mistake of booking and paying this guy. Do yourself a favor and stay away! Until we get the photos and video my sister paid for, we will keep posting bad reviews for this company! We will even report you to BBB as a scammer!!!

Richard was the first vendor I booked for my wedding. As a very anxious, type A person, I was so…read morenervous about choosing the right vendors for my wedding. But when Richard came along, he made me feel so at ease and offered support in any way he could. It felt more like he was a supportive friend than anything else. And honestly, he was the best decision we made. We booked our videographer based on who he worked well with, and we felt comfortable knowing that even if all the other vendors were terrible, Richard was going to be our light on our wedding day. We got to know him during our engagement shoot, and thank goodness we did. Because on our wedding day, it felt like seeing an old friend, which made us so happy to see him and photos easy. Maybe we're more emotional than most, but having someone genuine, respectful, and kind-hearted to be with us on our wedding day weighed more than most other factors. But on top of him as a person, his photos are freaking amazing. The placement and positioning, the poses, the angles -- his art is crafted truly from through years and years of experience. He captured some of the most important moments of the night as well as some moments I didn't even know happened. He makes do with whatever situation is given to him, and he's thinking about different shots all throughout the day while being present and attentive with us. He had some aerial shots of our wedding, and we thought, "did he leave a camera all the way up there this whole time?" He has given us these sweet memories that will last a lifetime, and we are eternally grateful. Richard's the best -- as a human and as a photographer. We wish him only good things in this world. Also, I recommend having two photographers for as many hours as you can! You think photos are no big deal until you look back on them and wish you had more.

We got to know each other a bit better by first doing an engagement session. It served to really hype us up for our wedding. He really took the time to ask us what we like and stylistically what we were hoping for. Richard has an amazing eye that is both artistic and fun, he also has an ability to take amazing candids of the evening, really capturing the tone. But despite these skills, the most important quality that Richard brought was his personality. He is so personable, everyone was so comfortable working with him, it really is one of the biggest reasons why our photos came out the way they did, no one felt awkward. Our results were amazing. Everyone that saw our pictures commented on what a great job Richard did. We love the results of our photos. We hope that we have more reasons to work with Richard in the future.
