10 out of 10 would recommend this business! Lori is prompt and made this anxious bride to be calm from my first phone call with her! She made sure that all the details were taken into consideration and made sure all of the mini changes I made were honored. The Photographer, Mark, absolutely stole the show with these incredible photos and helping us feel like superstars throughout the day. Run, don't walk, to book a wedding with this company! read more

We used Wedding Bells and Seashells for our wedding ceremony, and they were amazing from start to finish! Planning a wedding can be stressful, but they made everything so much easier. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care. A special shoutout to Lori, who was incredibly patient and kind. She answered all our questions, guided us through every step, and truly made the experience seamless. We always felt supported and heard, which made such a difference. With 2 1/2 weeks before our wedding my wife and I were provided false hope with a DIFFERENT company. But with such short notice Wedding Bells and Sea Shells was able to make our day PERFECT! Wedding Bells and Sea Shells reached back out after inquiring in less than 24 hours! At this time our communication was with Lori. If I could give Lori or this company 1 million stars I would! My wife and I wanted to have our wedding on Miami Beach but we found out you normally need a permit 30 days prior and not to include our wedding was September 1st (the day before Labor Day). Lori was able to get a permit for our wedding on the beach the SAME DAY she reached out to us! Instantly we knew this with fate and we wanted to do business with a company who took pride in their business and care enough to communicate so quickly with customers. With the build up to the wedding my wife and I had so many things we wanted specifically such as chair colors, her wedding bouquet, lanterns down the aisle, food, drinks, music and SO MUCH MORE! Lori did not once provide any false hope. Throughout the entire process Lori showed how much she cared about my wife and I and making sure our day was as perfect as we imagined it being. Wedding Bells and Sea Shells provides anything and everything a person would need for a wedding at such an amazing price! The day of the wedding came and seeing it all in person was so amazing and surreal. Never did I think in just 2 1/2 weeks could a person or business make my wife and I's dream wedding come true but Wedding Bells and Sea Shells did the above and beyond for us! I am forever thankful for what they were able to provide for my wife and I and I 100% recommend using them if you are planning a wedding. During and after the wedding all of our family and friends said how amazing and beautiful it was. There was not one person who could say anything negative about their experience at our wedding. Wedding Bells and Sea Shells for the win! read more

What an amazing place not much of a planner myself but this was lots of help the staff even accommodated my entire family who flew down just to help me was nervous at first. UT now it seems like everything is coming together beautifully I was not able to get the venue I wanted not sure Id the place was called to late but staff made sure that I ended up getting another place still very beautiful than would accommodate all of my guest and still with in my budget and the date I wanted so happy about that everyone here is so easy to talk to answered all of my questions and helped me to decide exactly what I was looking for thanks read more

Megan and Lori helped us so much planning for and during our son's Rehearsal Dinner. They found and coordinated everything: the venue, the florist, the Groom's cake!! Made suggestions and made it all happen. And. It. Was. Perfect!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

My husband is disabled so we had to make a lot of adjustments to accommodate him, even some last minute ones, and Lori had no problem making it work. During the photo session she knew exactly how to make it work (without us telling her) so he was not uncomfortable and we still made the most efficient use of our time. Can't imagine it flowing so smoothly with anyone else. Thank you so much! Also the now & forever package was so beautiful, we received so many compliments. read more

I picked this company, b/cuz I was in a budget and initially liked the idea of an all inclusive package included for a Beach Wedding. I think this company or to be more specific the manager Lori lacks a lot of self interest and passion in her work. She also, lacks involvement towards making the bride/groom feel amazing, special, and in good hands with her services. My experience with Lori before hiring her and Wedding Bells and Seashells to conduct our ceremony, she seemed to be very friendly and easy going. Post the wedding contract, Lori displayed attitude like she is burnt out from probably attending so many weddings over time. That she makes you feel your just another bride, and this is just another wedding of the many she is probably done. She manages your wedding like a robotic machine, which is the opposite of anyone in this type of business should be doing. Lori also lacks engagement and connection with the couple and shows a great deal of lack of enjoyment in her work. Paying fees of almost $2,000.00 for an hour of service, is not really cheap if you think about it. Lori needs to know that even if she has done over a 1,000 weddings (figuratively speaking), every bride and couple should always feel stress free and engage more, so her couples can achieve a magical and unforgettable wedding memories. After all, its a Wedding! read more

Micah and Megan cannot be more impressive than what we experienced. I would stop there - but there is so much to include. My wife and I live in CA...and we chose to have our wedding in Miami. So you can imagine the challenge of coordinating something of this magnitude from across the country. Our first visit to Miami was to select a venue and interview a coordinator. Of course, many venues offered their internal rep - but that was a 'cookie cutter' approach and we deserved better. Then somehow, my wife found Wedding Bells and Seashells. Megan was among a few outside the venues we wanted to talk to -- and I am sooooooo so glad we did. Megan was the perfect fit. She was knowledgeable, understanding, patient, supportive and very resourceful. Oh...and did I mention that we lived in CA? So we had to return to CA and still coordinate through her to make this wedding happen...and so it did. Our wedding is still discussed among family and friends...and to be honest - I did nothing. For such a party event...Megan must have been Super Woman that day, because not a single thing was an issue...other than me bugging the chef for more food, because it was so good. If you are reading this Yelp review to help you choose a wedding coordinator? Save your time. Just give Micah or Megan a call. Trust me. read more

Wedding Bells and Seashells - Post wedding...and about to see the Miami strip. - Wedding Planning Near Me - Jupiter, Florida

Their tagline is "Relax....we'll take care of everything!" - that's exactly what happened on our special day. We put everything together in 3 weeks basically, it was only possible to make it happen because of Wedding Bells and Seashells. The best decision ever. We first fell in love with the decoration which is absolutely gorgeous, with real flowers, impeccable quality. Then the package made our life easier, as it includes photography, bouquet, etc. They have an awesome platform where you can add more items and have your invoices in one place for budget control. We also paid for event coordination and that was the cherry on top. Our wedding was fun, stress-free, on time, we were able to enjoy every moment and didn't have to worry about anything. Their team has lots of experience, they are fun, professionals, punctual, give you confidence, they take care of everything, they give ideas, they are flexible and easy to work with. We highly recommend it. All I had to worry about was fun, eat, drink and dance. What else can a bride ask for?! Many positive comments and great feedback from our guests. Besides the memory, now we have photos that look like from wedding magazine to remember how this special day was because of your service. read more

We had an awesome experience with Wedding Bells and Seashells. Lori handled the details expertly and was wonderful to work with. The day of the wedding we had to switch beaches due to a sudden erosion of the shoreline. Lori spun into action and we were able to re-locate the ceremony with without panicking! She was very helpful to our photographer for posing the bridal party and guests. It was a joyful experience with lovely flowers, a guitarist, and personable officiant. Wedding Bells and Sea Shells was the best choice we could've made for our beautiful wedding day!! HIGHLY highly recommend them. From the very beginning, Lori was so amazing in communicating all the details and was super quick to respond to all of my questions and needs. Everything flowed so smoothly!! We were looking to have a very intimate, small ceremony at the beach and the experience was just beyond amazing and one we will never forget. Chris, our awesome officiant, and Mark, who is an AMAZING photographer that we booked with the package, just made it all the better. They were super punctual with everything from the very beginning and helped me feel comfortable and valued through every step of the way :) I can't say enough about how amazing the entire team was that day, and leading to it. November Jupiter Beach Wedding WBSS exceeded our expectations to say the least. Every detail of our wedding was taken care of by the coordinator from bouquet to photographer. Highly recommend hiring this service if you're planning a beach wedding no matter the size. Ours was small (3 persons) and we couldn't have been happier. The WBSS business model is spot-on; the paperwork was clearly explained and handled with filing at the clerk of court (which we recommend). Communication from the coordinator was persistent and punctual all the way down to the day of the wedding. If you're considering a beach wedding on Jupiter Beach, we highly recommend having it at beach access #58. We looked at Blowing Rocks on Jupiter Island but decided on #58 due to feedback from the photographer. WBSS made our memorable day very, very special. WELL DONE!! read more

Lori was very helpful at recommending vendors for our wedding and was very organized when it came to the schedule. She was very responsive to emails and answered all of our questions. I'm shocked by some of the negative reviews on here about this vendor to be honest so let me just address that first. This is a small family owned company that helps to coordinate events for thousands of couples annually, its possible that if you call you may not have someone pick up but they responded to calls and emails within 24 hours throughout the entire planning process. I think that customers need to tailor their expectations a bit more if you expect a vendor that will be at your beckon call 24 X 7 X 365. Lori and the team were very much on the ball with responding to inquiries. Next lets talk about the ceremony. We were thrilled with the initiate and detailed execution of our elopement ceremony. I had some concerns with the flower arrangements and Lori not only addressed these concerns but she exceeded my expectations and created the altar of my dreams. I was so pleasantly surprised by all the personal touches through the ceremony and so thrilled about the service we received. Lor I cannot thank you enough for what you've done for us, i'm so grateful for all you and the Wedding Bell and Sea Shells staff created for David and I. read more

My husband and I were in complete awe of how wonderful everything turned out. I was guided every step of the way with kindness and professionalism. After our original wedding at home in Kentucky was postponed in March due to Covid we decided to just elope in Florida. My travel agent found is Wedding Bells and Seashells, and I cannot day enough good things about them. Lori contacted me immediately after my initial contact. Walked me through the process and asked if I had any questions, which of course I did! She was professional and answers everything quickly and accurately. She helped us plan the ceremony and get our Florida marriage license. I contacted her multiple times throughout our process and before the wedding. She was always welcoming to any question I had, I never felt as if I was a bother! The day before the wedding rain, rain and more rain came down. Forecast was terrible. Lori reaches out to me to figure out a contingency plan, as we were supposed to get married on the beach. She figured out our alternative and was in constant contact until wedding time. We moved it inside to a beautiful penthouse lobby at our hotel. Everything was perfect. Flowers were incredible! Lori managed to keep this high strung bride calm through the entire process. And people who know me, know that's a task!! As soon as the ceremony was over the clouds parted and our photographer was able to take some amazing shots on the beach. Lori recorded the ceremony on my phone and took pictures on the beach on my phone so I could have some immediately. We could not have had a more perfect experience. Anyone looking to run away and get married should definitely use this company. And can I talk about our photography?!? Out of this world! 100% plus satisfied!! read more

Wedding Bells and Seashells created an amazing ceremony for us on March 22, 2020, despite. beach/park/restaurant closures (COVID). We much looked forward to the date, so instead of cancelling our wedding day, we went with the flow and moved our beach wedding to a rooftop of a private house. Wedding Bells and Seashells set it up beautifully, and Micah's ceremony was exactly what we had wanted. A violin player and a sand ceremony added special, memorable touches to our day. I highly recommend Wedding Bells and Seashells as an event vendor, and Micah as an officiant. All of the staff were detailed, great communicators, professional, flexible, and reliable. I have to say this company is top notch. We had some changes to the wedding location due to my father's health and not being able to go to the original wedding destination. So we ended up planning it just over a month out. Everyone was super easy to get along with. Even though there was a short time to plan, I never felt rushed in any of the process. The simple suggestions Lori made never changed my idea of the wedding at all, but enhanced it. It was all reasonably priced. Communication was had when it was needed, but never overburdened. The day of... WOW! It could not have been more perfect. The entire staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, always smiling. I had stargazers as one of my flowers, and their floral company had some of the most beautiful and big ones I had ever seen! It was so simple but so elegant at the same time. The ceremony, we chose to use their officiant. My husband had some neveres going in, and he said he calmed him down a little. We didn't have anyone besides ourselves in the ceremony as it was small. So it was really nice to hear that he wanted to make sure our day was perfect as well. It wasn't just a job for him. Once the ceremony was over, we did the small tent reception on the beach. They were constantly making sure not only I had everything I needed, but my husband as well. That was very important to me that they took care of him as well as me. After all.... he is my other half. The cake tasted amazing. We added the sangria bar. Totally worth it! Plus they always made sure you had a drink when you needed it, and held it when you didn't for pictures or other things gong on. The photographer was amazing as well. Super charismatic and made sure we had all the poses and places we wanted. He was amazing. I have not got the pictures quite yet, but I'm sure they will be as amazing as everything else. I truly could not have asked for more for my day. They made everything they did perfect in every way. I can't thank them enough! I truly could not have had a better experience than I had with them. read more

Where do I begin? Megan and Micah are absolutely amazing. You get the wedding of your dreams on a budget you can afford. May 1st 2014 was my wedding day and it was perfect! So beautiful right on the ocean it was literally something out of a fairy tale I think back and I'm in utter awe of how beautiful everything came out. Without breaking the bank! Megan and Micah have a love for this business and it clearly shows in their work. What she did with the design and decor was just more then I could ask for she did such a beautiful job. She made sure I was all set and ready to go for the walk up we took a few solo pictures with me and my father before we walked up. She was totally there for me the whole time which I can't thank her enough. And her husband Micah was such a total sweetheart and helped my photographer with the lights for my pictures. they go over and beyond to nail the image you dream of for your wedding and they nailed mine. After we left the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit we could not get a hold of them. We even flew in from Michigan and no one could meet with us. So we asked since the lack of return emails and cooperation not only from them but the vendors also for a refund. after waiting 30 days. I emailed again saying I would write a bad review if I did not hear anything or have my money returned. The owner returned that email the next day!! how convenient. but all she did was stress that it is in the contract 4 times NON_REFUNDABLE. I replied that I would have no problem if someone would've helped us or made time for us, we have no problem with our local vendors or venue. All she said kept saying is its in the contract 4 times. So unprofessional. I dont care if its in there a thousand times if they would keep up with there end of the contract we wouldn't be asking for our money back!! Just be careful before you place a deposit I wouldn't want anyone to waste time and energy when they should be enjoying a very special time. read more

We just got married June 10, 2019 in Fort Lauderdale. Let me just say that Lori and the entire Wedding Bells and Seashells team made the process so wonderful and stress-free for me. I was planning my wedding from Ohio, so trusting that everything was going to go the way it should was probably the hardest part. I knew with the level of professionalism I experienced with this company before I even arrived in Florida that I probably didn't have much to worry about other than the weather (lol!). Lori and I exchanged countless emails up until the day of the ceremony. She was always super responsive and helpful throughout all of them. She even worked with the coordinator at my reception location to set up the most beautiful private room for us after the ceremony. Let me first say that the day of our wedding was wonderful. Things went well, the ceremony and decor were beautiful. We are very happy with that. However, communication is lacking a great deal. If we had not paid for a wedding rehearsal, the day of our wedding would have gone very differently. The planning of the wedding was quite stressful for my husband and I. We went with this company to simplify the planning, as we are from Ohio. Unfortunately, we had un-returned text messages and phone calls, and emails that weren't paid much attention to from various people within the company. We are not high maintenance people, but all of the nagging we had to do to have any small change or confirmation made us feel as though we were being very demanding. Not how we wanted to feel planning our wedding. The wedding processional was clarified several times through phone, email and survey, but the day of our rehearsal, incorrect information (that had been corrected several times) was still given to our officiant. Megan called us as soon as the officiant told her of our frustrations with the entire process, and to be fair they did throw in some extras to make our day more special and Megan was very personable in relaying their apologies. We appreciate what they did to make the day special, but I would've much rather had a smooth and stress free process planning the wedding. I'm not sure what went so wrong throughout, as I can see how many wonderful reviews they have, but our experience differed significantly. Ultimately, we are very happy with the actual day of our wedding and are grateful for that. The team that was present the day of our wedding was great. We LOVED our officiant, Bill. Hopefully, our experience was just a fluke and the communication of the team will continue to improve. We had actually wanted to hire them to take care of our reception, but never received any quotes or invoices we requested, even after submitting additional photos, details and ideas. We ended up going with Pride Catering FTL for our reception and to quite honest, if we could do it all over again, we would've let Jason at Pride Catering plan our entire event. He was AMAZING and the least stressful part of our entire wedding. We hope this review is helpful to others planning. I can't honestly say I would recommend them, based on our planning experience, but hopefully others will or have had better experiences. read more

I hired this company for my wedding and bought the most expensive package for a small wedding of ten people. You would think they would go above and beyond for such a small group. Instead they forgot the reception tables( I paid them to hold my reception also) they forgot to put the rose pedals down the aisle until after I walked down then they scattered to do it afterwards, they had we wait in the limo an hour late to start and they did stay an hour late to make up for it but it was dark on the beach not fun, they did not get a wedding cake but a regular cake blamed it on the grocery store. They gave me 100 dollars back but if you look at the pricing on the website they charged me way more. The owner was rolling her eyes at my dad the whole time, he can be a little over the top but still unprofessional. And after all this they promised me a special wedding gift as they called it if I did participate in drone footage to help their photographer with a new project and hen had to beg them for months for it and never got it!!!' Doing this drone footage took 45 m out of my wedding!!! Also they gave the priest the wrong vows of what I requested!!!!!' read more

I hired this company for my son's wedding. The day of the wedding it was very cloudy. I know the weather in South Florida can be crazy, and this company has no control of the weather. We arrived 30 minutes early. Unfortunately the photographer was over 30 minutes late. I called the company and the owner told me the photographer was stuck in traffic due to an accident, that this was an act of God that they couldn't control. I kept telling him an act of God was rain not an accident and they should have a back up plan since they told me that if we were late they were going to charge me a late fee. I feel they owe me for being late. Also 5 minutes could be the difference from a rain free day in SFL or a rainy day. The weather changes in a few minutes. It looked like a storm was going to hit and we were waiting and waiting for this photographer to finally show up to work. Then the photographer told us he would stay an additional 30 minutes, which was not additional time, he was just making up for his tardiness. He told us since he was late, he would get the pictures to us in 2 weeks. 5 weeks passed and noone contacted us. I called to ask and Michelle told me the photographer was out of the country because he had an "emergency". It took over 6 weeks to get the pictures. Also they forgot to give the bride the flower bouquet and in the middle of the ceremony the brought it. I wanted a worry free wedding day for my son. That is why I hired this company. They nickel and dime you for everything but didn't take responsibility for their mistakes. Being late made the rest of the festivities be delayed as well. They have a great concept but they need to be on time just like they expect us to be on time. They need to deliver and be more professional and respectful of others time and experience. They might do a lot of weddings, however every wedding should be treated as the most important one, because it is to the people that hires them. read more
