I went on a Sunday and did not make an appointment however she was able to fit me in a few hours later. Unfortunately I speak very little Italian but the nail artist spoke perfect English so it was very easy to convey what I wanted. I got a gel fill and while the process took a little longer than we're used to in the US (1.5 hrs) she took such care, effort, and precision with her work. I paid €60. I would recommend this place to anyone! I would say to call ahead and make an appointment so you're not waiting around!
