Usually the other "teller" (she's the branch's "Financial Consultant") does everything in her power to avoid helping customers who are waiting in line. I realize it isn't her primary job, however, isn't customer service priority one? She should be dealing with the customers who are there, waiting, and then when there is down time, doing any and all other bank related business.

Other large banks don't make you do that. Then you have to wait 7-10 days to get your new card, they don't give you a temporary card in the meantime. Well where do I begin? First. We were unable to get an appointment to deposit money through the…read moreteller. So we went to the ATM to deposit cash. We put $600 in, $150 could not be counted therefore was returned to us. Then the ATM has miss counting the remaining bills. Saying there was $350 in the ATM a WHOPPING $100 missing. So we decided to click "return items" on ATM. Which the ATM did not agree with and was unable to return any remaining items. We immediately went to the teller to discuss our ATM issues and she was unpleasant, rude, unsympathetic and overall not helpful. She fought with us to deposit our $150 that was returned. Then told us there was nothing to do but call customer service. So we went to our car and called. Where we where prompted to fill out a form and return the branch in the AM with the form. When we returned in the morning with our claims form. We where them greeted again by a different unpleasant employee. Who began yelling at us that she had NO APPOINTMENTS for today and there was nothing she could do. We promptly told her customer service had contacted them for us to drop off this form and get the claim started. She said all she could do was make a copy of our form and then proceeded to ignore us and not answer any of our questions. Worst customer service interaction I've ever had. Issue still not resolved. Will be switching banks shortly.
