This is my response to Stanton V. Chicago, IL poor review about Websiteforge.com I have been a Websiteforge customer for 10 years now. I take issue with your position. 1. They are not a rip off company. They in fact are one of the cutting edge ecommerce solutions in the marketplace today. 2. It sounds like to me just reading your review that you did not respond to the design team's questions in a timely manner. 3. You probably operated under the false assumption that they will build the entire for you without you having to do any type of work at all. 4. If you had years of delays then that was on you. You could of called and spoke with Shane and fixed the problem. Sounds like to me you failed to do your due diligence here. 5. As a business owner you must take responsibility for your negligence. You were negligent for not following up on your website design. 6. We at ShopBakersNook.com which is hosted by Websiteforge have our disagreements with WF from time to time BUT we will argue the point and offer evidence supporting our position. Sometimes we are proven right sometimes we are proven wrong. The main thing is we have always found that they have listed to our positions whether we agree or not is irrelevant at least they took our position on a subject matter into consideration. 7. Give that number 6 was read you will see that in fact they are open to other thoughts and suggestions BUT it is up to you as a business owner to keep the communication lines open and when necessary force the issue and make people talk to you. 8. Depending on the setup it can take months to get a design ready. If you are launching a complex website it will take time. Our website took over 1 year. That was because we had over 6,000 products to populate. We took our time so we could get it right. 9. I want to thank you for your service to our country. Shane is one of the biggest supporters of our veterans and for you to write a review suggesting that he took advantage of a poor veteran is just a bold face lie and a misrepresentation of the facts. 10.
