I ordered a custom sweatshirt from this company for my son to wear during football season. They…read morewere referred to me via a flier my son recieved from his football coach. After weeks of not receiving my shirt. I contacted tool sport and they stated they were just printing the shirts and it would be 10 days before they would be delivered to the school to be distributed by the coach. I was pretty upset because football season would be done by that time but ok my son will still wear it anyway. 10 days past, no shirt! I contacted the company and they stated the shirts were delivered to the school. I contacted the school. They stated they didnt have it. I was told to call tool sport. They directed me to call the coach. This has been going on for 2 months. Then i was told i made the order under the wrong cart (even though i ordered under the cart it directed me to on the flier) and it might have gone to the wrong school. They stated they would check and follow up, but i have not heard from them. At this point, i feel the company should have done a better job in making this right. I ordered directly from their web site. My agreement was with them, not the school. At this point, i just want my $40 back. This is ridiculous! I would NOT recommend this company at all.
