During that time, they also agreed to coordinate with an existing garage renovation that I was working on to give them better attic access. On the day of install, they came and installed baffling down to the soffit and filled the space with insulation. Initially, I was told someone would call me back. Didn't happen. So I called again. This time someone did, but didn't give any idea of when they would be out to do the estimate. Last weekend, I sent them an email asking for an update. It's now Friday and no response. This reminded me that something similar happened a few years ago. I wanted an estimate on a bathroom, never got it. So I guess I'm done. They must be so busy that they just don't need business.
