I was referred by this law firm by a friend. I have never had the need to hire a lawyer in my…read morelife. I reached out and contacted the law firm and left a message for Jon Peterson to contact me back. Days went by and I got no phone call. I called again and left a message again with the lady who answered the phone. Still no phone call back. I called again and asked how long it took to get a reply from someone. After my fourth phone call, I managed to get the paralegal to talk to me. I explained I was growing frustrated that the attorney never returned my phone calls. A few hours later the attorney called me back and asked me to email him my documents explaining my case. he mentioned on the phone he was in the middle of a case and would get back with me in the following week. Two weeks passed, no reply to my email, no follow up phone call. I called the office one more time and got the secretary. I explained to her my frustration of waiting weeks for a simply reply via email or phone. I informed the lady on the phone that I wanted a reply from the attorney today or I assumed he is not interested in my case. She then tells me she will not let me be rude to her. ( what kind of business doesn't call a person or potential client back). After I hung up, a minute later the attorney calls me back. (all the sudden he was free to speak to me). When I answered this is what he said verbatim. " I am not interested in your case". and hung up on me!! I was happy this took place. It told me first hand how very unprofessional this law firm is. From the secretary, to the paralegal to the attorney. If this is how these "professionals" treat their potential clients, forget them! I would much rather give my money to a law firm that takes pride in helping people and offers a little more care about potential clients. Its clear these folks are knee deep in cases and cant handle much. Before they practiced law, they should have taken a class in customer service!

She was always incredibly professional and quick to respond to my questions. 95 % of the time Attorney Fitzgerald personally responded not an assistant, however, her assistants were absolutely wonderful as well. Not only did my case end favorably it's end value was almost double what my prior attorney was willing to fight for. Do you know the feeling of frustration when you call an 800 number, wait a while to speak to…read moresomeone, explain your problem, they tell you that you're talking to the wrong department, transfer you, you start your story over again, they give you information and you hang up only to learn it wasn't right and you have to call back and start all over again? Amplify that, pair it with VoIP taxes to complicate matters and then feel stuck to stay because you THINK you're almost through the bad parts and it's been such a long, terrible process that you can't fathom starting over, but want to because you've had such an awful experience that you're so mad to write them checks monthly. It's not been great- it's still not great and there is really not anyone who wants to see anything through. They're too big. Too busy. It's too much. Look elsewhere.

Even after a long history as customers they suggested that we seek another accounting firm as soon as there was trouble. We definitely got the feeling that this is a fair-weather accounting firm. If you get one of their better accountants you may have a better experience however recently their prices have skyrocketed so as a result of our poor experiences we have decided to move on to a company that concentrates on customer service and reliable accounting.

In December I had major damage to my mouth after biting down on an object that had gotten into the kernel corn production line. I spit out a mouth of blood as well as the hard plastic from their production line. The corn was purchased at Mariano's which is owned by Kroger. After contacting Kroger I was pushed to contact Lakeside Foods. Lakeside told me that their insurer - CNA - would take care of the matter. After patiently waiting 2 1/2 months, CNA, after many attempts to reach the assigned claimed person I received an email stating that Lakeside did not have medical coverage as part of their policy so there was nothing they would do to repair my damaged dental work. The contaminant ripped off my crown and also tore open my gums which took many weeks to heal. After informing Lakeside that I would tell the entire world about their contaminated canned vegetables and the way they run and hide from their legal responsibility Glen Gill Sr. sent me a very threatening email stating that it was illegal to tell people/consumers/vendors about the DANGEROUS CONTAMINANTS IN THE CANNED VEGETABLES they produce. This an evil, wicked man who does not care one iota about the well-being of people who purchase Lakeside Foods very hazardous canned vegetables. If a child had swallowed this part (there were 2 in the can) they may have choked and died or had a severe injury. Lakeside Foods has been EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT in the way they've handled this matter. DO NOT BUY ANY CANNED VEGETABLE without first confirming that it is NOT produced by Lakeside Foods!
