I called again and left a message again with the lady who answered the phone. Still no phone call back. I called again and asked how long it took to get a reply from someone. After my fourth phone call, I managed to get the paralegal to talk to me. I explained I was growing frustrated that the attorney never returned my phone calls. A few hours later the attorney called me back and asked me to email him my documents explaining my case. he mentioned on the phone he was in the middle of a case and would get back with me in the following week. Two weeks passed, no reply to my email, no follow up phone call. I called the office one more time and got the secretary. I explained to her my frustration of waiting weeks for a simply reply via email or phone. I informed the lady on the phone that I wanted a reply from the attorney today or I assumed he is not interested in my case. She then tells me she will not let me be rude to her. ( what kind of business doesn't call a person or potential client back). After I hung up, a minute later the attorney calls me back. (all the sudden he was free to speak to me). When I answered this is what he said verbatim. " I am not interested in your case". and hung up on me!! I was happy this took place. It told me first hand how very unprofessional this law firm is. From the secretary, to the paralegal to the attorney. If this is how these "professionals" treat their potential clients, forget them! I would much rather give my money to a law firm that takes pride in helping people and offers a little more care about potential clients.
