My daughter and I went here for our first tattoos together! Two people we knew had recommended them, so we felt comfortable going. And indeed, the shop and staff made us feel very comfortable. The shop is clean, the staff wore masks and required others to as well, the music was good (not the rage music we heard at another studio), and Jason was easy to work with. A good experience, not too painful, good prices, and expert work. Two tips I'd share for newbies: have a measurement for size, and when the stencil is on you, measure it again, as it may look fine at the moment but may feel bigger when actually on you. And state clearly and repeat any specific directions, just to make sure everyone's on the same page. Oh, and don't forget to tip your artist! read more

I had a very simple tattoo, they were able to handle it. My friends was simple we thought, but they couldn't do it because they weren't comfortable doing writing so small. I appreciated their honesty. They changed their price twice on me. After I quoted their original price, they honored it. Don't use them if you have an intricate design, and get quote $$ upfront. read more

I will give 2 stars for the great artwork. Facts: Made me wait 1/2 hour while talking to 3 new customers. Thought my discomfort and anxiety about telling them I was upset was funny. Ignored me when they saw me ready to walk out and visibly upset about having to wait. Never apologized. Chooch did the tattoo. It hurt me so much, I thought I was going to faint. The desk guy came by during this process, and asked Chooch how HE was doing and if HE needed anything, more tissues, etc. Not me, the customer! the desk guy ignored me. This hurt much much more than the tattoo Chooch was expanding upon. the pressure was way too hard. It is taking 3 weeks to totally heal, at 2.5 weeks it is still tender. The color leaked all over my t shirts and sheets and pillow. Rude place. Talked about other customers in a not so nice way in front of me. Unprofessional. Artwork was superb. I can't say enough negative feedback about this place. Jason did my tattoo. He was arrogant when I wanted to make changes to his design. I trusted him as an artist....and I've regretted it ever since. My tattoo looks like something a fifth grader could draw. I hate it so much that now I have to go through a nearly year long process of getting it removed. Of course, in the end, it was my fault because I said "ok" to it.
