I've been here twice already for my septum and man, there is never a bad experience! First time was me getting my septum pierced- I wanted the piercing high up to hide (as I do attend business meetings, etc.) and the piercer was quick to answer all my questions and make me feel incredibly comfortable. The moment I walked in I felt calm and I wasn't as anxious to get pierced as I thought I would be. Yes, I was nervous and asked him (Gabriel) multiple questions, but he talked me through the entire process. My second time coming in was to get my clicker jewelry removed (I had it stuck) and Gabriel was quick to remove it without any pain and even help me put my new piece of jewelry in. I made an appointment with Yedi for 1:00. My mother passed 3 days ago and had a bipolar tattoo for me on her hand and I was going to get a tattoo for her with her signature on my hand. At 1:20 they called the artist and he said 30 minutes. I waited until 2:07 (no one updated me on anything). When I asked they said 20 minutes longer, I asked if it was a "real" 20 minutes. They shrugged and said he had done it before. I reschedule for 5:00 and decided not to go because I refuse to give that artist money and requested a different artist. There was no one available. VERY disappointed. Such a BAD business practice. I have a plane back home for Monday. It is Saturday and they could not schedule with anyone else. I DO NOT recommend. read more

I drove 45 minutes from Naples because I haven't had good experiences with any shops near me and I can confidently say it was worth it. It felt very welcoming from the moment I walked in, very clean and calm . Sara was INCREDIBLE! I was worried I wasn't going to be able to get my bellybutton pierced because of the anatomy of it but she assured me it was doable, thoroughly explained how and what my jewelry options would be after, and it turned out better than I even imagined! He then gave me a realistic time frame and helped me fine tune the design. The day of my appointment came and he again took the time to make sure it was still exactly what I had in mind. In one word my experience at this establishment was stellar. I went in with my family to get my first tattoo. We had called ahead and easily scheduled an appointment with Sparrow a few days ahead. He had previously tattooed my sister and she highly recommended him to us afterwards. He was extremely knowledgeable, was not in any rush, and made our first tattoo experience amazing. I personally have a very low pain tolerance and Sparrow was caring and understanding and let me take as much time as needed and also walked me through all the steps of the process while getting my tattoo but also for aftercare. I took my daughter here to get her ears pierced three months ago. We had to wait 5 weeks from the date we made the appointment. I specifically picked this place because I was told they would pierce my daughters ears with a needle rather than a piercing gun. We showed up to our long awaited appointment and had to wait an additional hour while another family was being pierced. This family had two people present to help them the owner Amber, and another piercer. Once complete with the family, the piercer left and the owner asked what we were in for. It felt as though we were being treated as a walk in. Once the owner asks why we were coming in, I let her know we had an appointment. She let me know that it was going to be awhile due to the piercer just leaving and that she would be the one to do the piercing. But first... social hour had to occur, a woman came in and the owner made her social time with her a priority, even leaving to go have a conversation outside. Which from the window it appeared to look as though there was a trade transaction occurring. After all the observation and context clues from the day, my gut told made me feel that the owner was under the influence. We finally get back to the piercing area and I was told that she will not be piercing with a needle. And that we were lucky because she only had one set of piercing gun earrings left (they only had 5 weeks notice we were coming to order earrings but they are almost out...). At this point I should have trusted my gut and walked away. However, I really didn't want to break my kids heart that we were going to have to wait all over. So the ears finally get pierced with the piercing gun. The past three months with these ear piercings has been hell for my daughter and absolutely traumatizing. We have cleaned these ear piercings 2-5 times a day with the care instructions given and they still aren't healing. After taking her to the doctor twice for the infections, and after consulting two different professional piercers, we have learned that 1) the piercings were done at a diagonal with the back pointing towards her head in a way that the backs are not flush with her ear and continuously keep cutting her ears. 2) the holes aren't even... 3) she is reacting to the medal.... And for the most disgusting one: 4) they pierced her ears with a significantly larger gaged earring than a traditional earring. Remember how we were lucky to get the last earring.... Was that really the last one or were they already out and did they just use whatever they had.... I am completely heartbroken for my daughter over this. She has had the worst experience and the recommendation from the doctor and two piercers is that we take her earrings out and let them heal and re-pierce at a much later time. I do not recommend Amber for children's piercings. I did not interact with any other artist. I purposefully chose a piercing shop instead of a place like Claire's... at this point Claire's looks like much better option than what we experienced. read more

I love the environment of this shop. I've gotten pierced by Sarah multiple times and she takes her time with it, even if it is as basic as an earlobe piercing. She takes the time to make sure you're ok and like the placement. She explains what she is going to do before she does it. My piercings always turn out amazing when I get them done here (ears, nose & belly). Also, their website is extremely helpful- they list all their materials (needles, ink, cleaning products) and sterilisation processes on the website including their background info and what to do before your appointment. I went to get my tattoo done yesterday which was November 6 ,2022 and I got a thigh tattoo done and I highly recommend this place because it is very clean and sanitary is 100%. my tattoo artist John he did amazing job on my thigh tattoo and the shading was amazing . he was very light handed while tattooing and the pain tolerance was tolerable. I have had the pleasure of knowing the owners for about a little over a year. Amber and Joe are about as real as you can get. They don't hide their flaws and are ultra concerned about their clients. Initially, I called to see if they had a piercer in and if I was able to get my septum as well as to lip piercings done. I was told to come in three separate times on the same day by someone named Joe. Joe told me he would call me back and let me know if you was able to get me in by the end of the day, I never received a call back. I get it people are busy and being as popular as this shop is, I expected as much. I called back a fourth time to just set up an appointment for the following week. Before I come in for my appointment, I called about an hour prior to make sure that I was indeed on the books. Apparently the gentleman that I spoke to never took my name, or wrote down any information regarding my appointment. "I remember speaking to you and I told you to come in, *You* never did but I don't have an appointment for you. I'll see if we're able to squeeze you in by the end of the day before closing I'll call you back in just a minute here." Of course I never received a call back. So after being told to come in three separate times on the same day, one failed appointment attempt and the person on the phone trying to blame me for not coming in, after being given three inconsistent times, I would literally rather go anywhere else. If you plan on making an appointment, just come into the building and do it in person because the gentleman on the phone clearly is not paying attention or does not care about its customers. Incredibly disappointing considering I was looking for a really well-known professional shop to do some tattoos in a few weeks. A lot of my friends have gotten artwork down here, it's really beautiful. It's a damn shame that I won't get to know how good their artists were just simply because the guy on the phone didn't know what he was doing or simply didn't care. Went here for a quick beauty mark which cost $60 as shop minimum. Which is outrageous for a DOT, but fine. I needed a touch up. Tattoos often need touch ups. Mine was a few weeks after the initial placement. They suggested I schedule a dot touch up, also fine. When their staff scheduled the appointment, I put it down in my calendar before I left. Not sure how the dates were mixed, but turned out I "missed" the appointment. I had the following week down for the touch up. They said due to my missed appointment that I would need to pay ANOTHER $60 for a DOT TOUCH UP that's then ORIGINALLY DID! I'm not a beginner in the tattoo world as I have 12 existing tattoos. I found this to be ridiculous. I would have gladly place a cash deposit for the appointment if they were to give it back had I shown. I will not be back, nor will I refer others. read more

We both noticed how clean the studio was, and especially how Chance made sure to sanitize everything before working on both of us. He was very informative and thorough about everything he was doing. Very disappointed with the most recent tattoo I received. My first tattoo with the artist was 4.5 hours long, cost $850 and was completely done, shading and all. At that time I was a little annoyed with the amount of socialization that went on while getting tattooed, but I felt the price was fair for the work and went back to finish my sleeve. The second tattoo was an addition and was $500 for 3.5 hours. In that time she ONLY did incomplete line work. My artist was extremely unprofessional, and chose to spend the entire time chatting with coworkers about her personal life and taking several breaks instead of focusing on my tattoo. For 3.5 hours of tattoo time my line work should be exceptional, and you can tell by the pictures that it is shoddy, inconsistent, poorly done, and worst of all, unfinished. When I tried to express my concern with the services rendered, I was rudely talked down to by the owner because his wife was the one whose services I was unhappy with. Guess I'll be taking this unfinished tattoo to another business with more customer service skills and better talent. read more
