Well, they cut the birds nails back way too far. We've been told last time that you had to be careful not to go into the pink part of the nail. They went all the way back. We paid the bill and didn't notice anything until we got home. I'm sure they put something on it to stop the bleeding but when we wrestled her out of the small cage, it probably fell off and that's why the bleeding started. Little Liz was bleeding terribly. That's when we noticed that they cut the nails too far back. They better hope the bird is OK. Obviously they're letting people that are untrained do things they shouldn't be doing. This is my second bad experience in two visits. I wouldn't trust these people with a frog. Sometimes accidents happen and of course, birds probably move when you're trying to clip their nails. I get that but be transparent if you make a mistake instead of trying to hide it. I'm reading Online how they can bleed out very quickly.
