My concern with her is her greed. My Pomeranian became pregnant in her custody ( it may not be her fault or because of her) Later, I notice she offer buy her from me. I don't know if she knew but the circumstances are very suspect. I still wonder did she want her because she knew she was expecting puppies. I tried to schedule another recent appointment with her and noticed she had increased her rate for the 3rd time in a row in less than 2 months. Who does that? She seems to be so preoccupied with money and this is very concerning. She also ask me to pay upfront. This also strange being that I pay almost immediately after the service is rendered. I remember thinking that she didn't handle herself very well. I wrote it off as being young and inexperienced. Thinking back on it now, I remember making a comment to her "oh my goodness her nostrils are red. She must be very upset." After googling it, I now realize that is a sign of injury. Well, they cut the birds nails back way too far. We've been told last time that you had to be careful not to go into the pink part of the nail. They went all the way back. We paid the bill and didn't notice anything until we got home. I'm sure they put something on it to stop the bleeding but when we wrestled her out of the small cage, it probably fell off and that's why the bleeding started. Little Liz was bleeding terribly. That's when we noticed that they cut the nails too far back. They better hope the bird is OK. Obviously they're letting people that are untrained do things they shouldn't be doing. This is my second bad experience in two visits. I wouldn't trust these people with a frog. Sometimes accidents happen and of course, birds probably move when you're trying to clip their nails. I get that but be transparent if you make a mistake instead of trying to hide it. I'm reading Online how they can bleed out very quickly. How come when I called the office They acted like it was no big deal? They didn't tell me how important it was to make the bleeding stop. I'm so angry. I'm reading scary things online now and I'm 45 minutes away...and it's almost midnight... now I won't sleep. You people should be ashamed of yourselves.
