The bidding goes without cause and you always have sufficient time to enter a bid. The paperwork (invoice) following completion of the auction is without error and 100% accurate. Then there is the continued excellent service when you stop by to pick up your invoiced items. Always readily available with carry-out service if so needed. I rented a vehicle and hired a helper. After a 30 minute drive, we arrived at Ann and Decatur and texted her for the exact address - as per her instructions. She saw the message, but didn't answer. A few more texts and she finally responded that she had been called into work. The following morning, I attempted to buy the furniture again. She said her husband had sold it. I am out expenses for a vehicle, gas, and helper.
