DO NOT BOOK HER FOR ANY SERVICES. SHE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL…read more The way she handles business is totally unacceptable and would strongly dislike for someone to have to deal with any of that the way my aunt had to on day of her wedding courthouse ceremony. I called to inquire about services for makeup. My aunt was getting married at courthouse, no reception or anything. She answered and unprofessionally stated she was on the road. To call her back. Lmao! Sadly, I did via text. I asked about makeup services. She quoted me $65 and scheduled appointment at her salon at 10am. Perfect. All set, right? NOT!!!! My aunt got there for her appointment and she shared with her that she was getting married at courthouse. She then decides to change fee to $165 for bridal makeup. Are you kidding me? My aunt was very calm and called me to tell me it was too much money for me to pay, cuz mind you- I was paying for her makeup- not her. My aunt then elaborated on what was going on and I called this so called business owner to discuss issues and yet, she still didn't take responsibility. She was in fact, frustrated at ME! Haha! 1). As a business owner, if service fees depend on type of event, it is HER sole responsibility to ask questions to the customer and ensure that you are aware of type of event. Base off of that, quote customer FOR SERVICES ACCORDINGLY to type of event. 2). Granted, in my case, SHE failed to do so. However, SHE never EVEN apologized and SHE NEVER took responsibility. 3) SHE RUSHED MY AUNTS makeup, and it looked horrible. How dare SHE do that? Really? SHE clearly stated it would be an hour. SO, she started at 10:15 and she was done by 10:52. Really? Ridiculous. Totally unacceptable. She made her so uncomfortable and she still had the Audacity to take the the $20 tip? Shame on her!! I wouldn't even give her a star. She doesn't deserve it.
