People in the neighborhood try to give them a bad reputation but honestly they do an amazing job with what they do. They communicate, help any way they can, and just want respectful tenants that keep the neighborhood safe by doing their part. Brian does the absolute best he can do and is an extremely hard working, patient, dedicated man. They are humans and get tired just like any average person, but don't show frustration even if/when they have bad days. They've NEVER been rude to my children and never been rude to myself, have always shown concern and care, they greet us, and I consider them a blessing. Any concerns you have just reach out to them, I PROMISE they are GOOD people, GOOD humans, and a complete blessing. When I had any concerns about anything in the past they always addressed each concern in a timely manner, with patience and it makes my heart FULL. They keep the neighborhood safe, clean and i really want to emphasize to not listen to neighborhood gossip and slander, because Both Brian and Michal are AMAZING humans. Be patient with them, be kind and gentle with them, and get to Know them yourselves. Thank you Michal and Brian for EVERYTHING you do and have done for my family and myself. and most importantly THANK YOU FOR TREATING US LIKE WE'RE HUMAN and ALWAYS being DEPENDABLE and CARING

The flats here are well maintained though I think stairs and hallways needs a better seeing to…read more Everything else was up to par. Each unit consists of about 6 flats. There's a laundry room in the "basement" area of each unit which hosts two washers and dryers. There is a kiddy play area and the compound is big enough for joggers/walkers during the summer months after which they can enjoy the pool. There is also a gym for tenants and their guests. Shops within walking distance include (from my memory) a supermarket, restaurants, bank, nail salon, a non franchised drugstore and furniture store. Also in close proximity are wallgreens, cvs, petrol station and a bit further out other plazas and malls. Compared to prices in NYC this place is a steal of a deal! A beautiful, contemporary, spacious, 2/br goes for 9 something and a gorgeous 3/br for 11 something. OH EMM GEEEE! I wouldn't mind living here. The End.

I have had no issues on my end until I was inbetween jobs and was late on my rent for a month. I got a new job and caught up on that month immediately and I am still playing catch up until my next check because of how much I had to dish out from the original late month. I make this clear because I am unsure if this is the reason why that is why I have had no maintence help or not but I literally have been without heat for almost a month now. I also have had a fast leak for about two weeks straight now. I put the maintence request in for the heat issue about going in 3 weeks now. I also put the leak request in about 4 days ago. I have yet to have any maintence help with these situations and when Maintence does come; they continuously do a half ass job. For the amount I pay in rent why do I have to do my own pest control, fix things most of the time myself and etc. and deal with a broken down apartment? This is not where you want to move, even down to the people that work in the office. I have had nothing but run ins with unnaproachable staff here. Danielle has to be the most approachable and most respectful person in that office, she does her job and answers any questions with eager to do so. The last thing to make known is also the fact that there is never any parking. I have lived places where they take down the license plate number or give you a parking pass to show you actually are a resident at the apartment complex. However, here that is not the case. There are people with literally 10 people in 2 bedroom apartments that all have cars parked here. This is unfair to the tenant that actually pays rent here and follows the rules of the contract via parking and alloted card per household.

I've lived here for about two years, and my experience is mixed. It really depends on what you're…read morelooking for. The neighborhood itself is quiet and generally peaceful, which is the biggest plus. Maintenance is consistent in the sense that they do respond, and the amenities are decent on paper. That said, the location is inconvenient. You have to drive everywhere. The rent is high for what you get. Rent has increased by roughly $100 every year, which adds up quickly and makes it hard to justify staying long-term. Parking has been a major issue. My vehicle was towed without proper notice, and management later claimed warnings had been given when they hadn't. In November, an email was sent reminding residents to display parking tags, but over a month later, without a follow-up reminder, a large portion of the community was suddenly towed. Communication around important issues like this is poor. The shared laundry situation has also been frustrating. For a long time, only one dryer worked for the complex I lived in. I contacted the office multiple times; maintenance would "fix" it temporarily, but it kept breaking and was never properly replaced. While maintenance does show up, repairs are often not done correctly the first time, leading to multiple requests. On one occasion, after requesting maintenance to return and finish unclogging my shower drain, I came home to my personal shower items dumped in the middle of the shower, which felt passive-aggressive and unprofessional. Management is technically responsive but often dismissive when issues are ongoing or require real solutions rather than temporary fixes. This place may work for someone who prioritizes a quiet environment and doesn't mind rent increases or driving everywhere. However, it's a tough place for single renters or anyone on a tighter budget, and parking enforcement and communication are serious downsides. Overall, not terrible, but overpriced, poorly communicated, and frustrating enough that I wouldn't recommend it without hesitation.

They have ruined clothes all personal belongings, and the office has known for over 8 months promising to address the situation and they are sorry. They put a person upstairs who bangs all hours of the day and night. We have approached him several times, he refuses to answer door. I have held phone next to ceiling have hours of recordings. He is the 2nd tenant over my friends NEVER happened before. Jen and Samantha are terrible at running this place.they don't care. If it wasn't for maintenance, this place would be closed down. The paint on the doors is peeling off. The walls are filthy and the buildings stink. You increased about $75 this year and offer less. Jacked up the pool rates. Laundry costs have increased a dollar every load, Dogs pooping everywhere, threats not followed through. Letters never go out. Its disgusting. very sad to see in 2 years what the place has turned into. I used to enjoy visiting my friends, but can't breathe half the time we are there from the drugs coming through to the apartment. My friend gets called into management because sometimes her clothes reek of weed. Its horrible how 2 tenants run a building and make life a living Hell for the money they charge. Give maintenance the power and you might save this complex. Its gross.
